We were happy to see there was a local brewery that also had some gluten free options nearby family we were visiting. The highlight was also that there was a brewery cat! When we first arrived we ordered at bar and sat outside. 10 mins later a cat came by for an outdoor visit. We didn't see any other cats, including the mascot kitty... until we were leaving and then we saw him getting in a fight with his other brewery cat friend out the back! Ormond Brewing Company is one of the cutest finds. The staff were helpful and friendly. There's live music and they host regular events in an indoor/outdoor seating area. Very casual environment. I love the photo area and industrial feel. They offer a wide selection of beers and cocktails. There's a BBQ roaster they collaborate with, so be sure to get the barbecue. There were a lot of items on the menu I'd like to try next time. My friend and I shared the loaded tater tots and BBQ flatbread. Both were Delicious! There's a small parking lot. We had been meaning to come have a beer here for quite some time, and finally made it! Decided to sign up for the 0.0K to Couch "run" (essentially get a glass, fill it with beer, and relax!) and it was so much fun! The event was to raise funds for the Emory L. Bennett VA nursing home Christmas party - love that this place does a lot of fundraising for local organizations. Atmosphere is great - outdoor - seating, with stages for music, and a fire pit; indoor - TVs, lots of games, and friendly efficient bar service. Great selection of beers for hubs - his favorite is The Dude (a White Russian milk stout) - I don't drink beer but had a sip and kinda liked it! I loved that they had lots of beverage choices for non-beer drinkers too - I enjoyed a raspberry seltzer and a glass of Cabernet (which was quite good!). The food on the menu looks good (they even won the 2025 Ormond burger competition!) but we enjoyed the smoked brisket and chicken platters from "Cookin Wid Kunchi" - soooo good and the mac n cheese was SMOKED ). We had a great time here. Really enjoyed the eggnog stout just in time for Christmas. We shared a sampler appetizer and the fried pickle fries were honestly pretty great as well as the mozzarella sticks and wings. Staff was very attentive and ensured we were good often. I did not eat here but they are home to the $10 Ormond burger. Let's talk about the cat in the room. That's right, there is a house cat who owns this place and he is known as Tom the Cat. I had the Hef & a cherry-choc Porter, both excellent and from their fresh brewed taps. The posted menus here on Yelp may not be applicable as they have new brews frequently. There was music outside and a cat! Also a colab event with the Novel Tea Book Shop with an assortment of books & gift items. There were local authors and a vendor fair with craftsmen, treats, dog treats & plants outside and it was a festive family atmosphere. The Novel Tea owners said they were making it a regular quarterly event. Next trip to Ormond I shall check out the Novel Tea shop & café. read more

This is a great stop for everyone! They have a wide array of craft beer and seltzers! The atmosphere is a typical brewery so very kid friendly. They have an outside area with a fire pit and if you are there when the train comes through the kids will love it because it's literally right behind the fence. The food here is very good. Try the wings and hamburgers! The beer is generally favorable except for the stouts which are usually flat and boozy for the higher abv versions. The employees are very friendly and accommodating. This is a very clean well kept place situated right next to railroad tracks and occasionally an FEC train goes by. Now... this place was easy to find but you would never guess that the warehouse is an actual brewery. After dinner, my boyfriend and I wanted to end the night with a couple of cold ones. Found this place on Yelp and we liked how the pictures looked. We get to the area, and it led us to a back room behind a bunch of boxes. Driving down a little bit more, and we see the tiny sign that says "Brewery" with an arrow. We parked on the side of the building and walked through the wooden door. When you go in, you would never expect it to look this nice. It has a woods-y theme and everything in there is so clean and shiny. The restroom are super clean too! We ordered the American Lager, and the owner (I think), gave us the remote and let us play anything on the TV. So cool! We just put on the Jaguar's game. Mid-game, I see a cat roaming around! This is their brewery cat, and his name is Tom. Love how Tom just walks around the place. Definitely a place to go to get away from the tourist and crowd. read more

First, I'll apologize that I don't have many pictures. Dinner with two young-uns sometimes helps me forget to take them! This place is relaxed, home town feel, and a lot of regulars. You order everything at the bar. When it is ready, they bring it to the table. Everything comes in to-go containers. Except the drinks, those you get at the bar and they come in glassware. There is beer to go available though. The menu is still expanding. There are several shareable appetizers, including chips and salsa. You get a choice of red or green salsa. It comes with one side of a standard to go square styrofoam container heaping with warm chips and a large container of house-made smoky salsa, we got red. There is a full pizza menu not seen online without digging, I'll include below. Plus the bar menu of many sandwiches, multiple burger options, and some small plates. We got the Cuban, Hoagie, Philly Cheese, and a double smash burger. All sandwiches come with a small bag of chips. One of ours was Cheetos. I think we will ask for all Cheetos next time. The sandwiches cut in half stretched from end to diagonal end of the styrofoam container and were generously filled with meats and cheeses. It's a self serve kinda place with a noisy, friendly atmosphere and a friendly cat named Tom. I recommend you give it a try! read more

Cool spot in a warehouse district, with outside seating which we enjoyed the later of. What put us off a bit was when we went to order..having never been before..we asked the female bartender 'what are you known for'. She looked at his like we had 2 heads. Recently attended an open mic night at the brewery with a group of friends + family. The atmosphere was very friendly, with the staff all attentive with fast service. We all agreed that the Sweet Heat Chicken Wings were THE BEST wings we'd ever had anywhere and we WILL be back for that reason alone. Although all the craft beer options were impressive, the Octoberfest had our vote, even if it's still 90*. And August. If you've not been there, you may not know: This hidden gem is in an industrial building, so you have to go around back to get to the good stuff. They offer an indoor/outdoor area, and are pet friendly, with an outdoor stage, picnic tables, Adirondack chairs and a fire pit, which will be great if/when it ever cools off. ;) They even have their own mascot, (or is it mascat) that was sleeping sweetly on a window perch. A great little gathering spot we were glad to find. The band was great when we went, so I hope they'll be just one more reason to go back. But THOSE WINGS! Holy moly. Food has never let me down, and the atmosphere is great. They have 18 beers on tap so it's hard to go here and not find something for everyone. The best part of all, it's dog friendly. Very nice brewery. We wondered why it was so quiet when we got there. The bartender served us cordially even though we discovered that we were there a half hour before opening. Have been several times - limited seating but have outdoor patio area. Menu has lots of options and the food is pretty good - not sure I would call the smash burger an actual smash but tasty - good beer choices - great pretzel - the burger bowl was delicious On all of our visits the orders are never correct - I think it is a pay attention issue one burger left off had to reorder so that person ate alone we were done - we were given two beers when only one was ordered - it's not major but annoying. I think next time we will write it down - it can be a little loud at the counter. Over all good! read more

This little brewery is a little off the busier roads, but that is okay. Once we found the place, you could see it was a popular location based on the number of cars. Inside is cozy but they were busy so we choose to sit outside on their wonderful patio, there was plenty of space out there even with the number of people and we were still able to social distance. They had enough options that we both wanted to try, this time we got our own flights even then just sat outside and relaxed while trying to new beers in some comfy chairs. They do have a beautiful piece of artwork painted on their fence that I just loved because Hibiscus are my favorite flower. We would come back here when in the Ormond area again for sure! read more

When I came here it was chilly outside and us along with some other patrons wanted the firepit out on so we could bask in some warmth. The barkeep or owner, whoever he was, started complaining about the cost of propane to turn the fire on. We were all confused because if he didn't like having fire pits then don't have them there. Also, it was cold out and no seats inside. We also came cuz we called and were told there was a food truck here. When we arrived there was a hotdog cart and they only had hotdogs. Service was very good. 2 observations that I would call noteworthy - first, it's in an industrial park, so the location is a little different, although they still have a nice outdoor seating area. The second is that they have a cat that walks about, so if you have cat allergies - you should be forewarned. Neither of these oddities bothered me, but something worth noting. read more

Decided to go on a adventure on the way back from Orlando to home with a few stops and this was one. The brewery is a bit hidden and if it was not for Yelp I wouldn't of been able to enjoy a visit here. It is a quaint place with smiling faces all around. A bit smaller than some of the breweries I know but it is great for the neighborhood it is in. As we entered on a Sunday afternoon we were greeted by the cutest dogs and that made my friends visit extra special as she petted them for an hour. They have a nice patio area which probably is even better at night with all the lights I saw hanging. The beer I choose was the sweet mead. It was a honey beer and it was so good so I am excited to visit again when I'm back in the area! read more
