And even explained the initial incident to me that was occurring as I arrived and placed my order. What a wonderful example of customer service. He was pleasant and very easy to speak with. To make it right he has offered me a replacement combo of my choosing. Which speaks volumes since my initial order was an entree. He will be in the store tomorrow and Wednesday and suggested I stop in to meet in person. I believe that I will take him up on his offer.
