We've used Orlando Auto Doctor a few times now and would have no hesitation in going back. Each time the service has been absolutely wonderful. We had our old vehicle worked on twice, once when it needed some work and once when we were going to sell it. Both times they were very attentive and did a great job. The prices were very reasonable. I do know they get very busy here, so on another occasion, they just told me they couldn't get to my car any time soon, so I made an appointment for a whole week later. I appreciated their clean answer so my car didn't end up sitting there for a whole week. Recommend for sure! read more

We took our work Mercedes van to Orlando Auto Doctor LLC for a B-service maintenance, and Christina took great care of us! The service was quick, transparent, and professional. Our van is now riding smooth, and we felt well taken care of throughout the process. Definitely will be going back! Highly recommend. read more

the woman who owns this place is very disgusting and rude. I would avoid this business. They messed up my brakes twice and caused them to lock up while driving and blamed me for it, even though i took it to a different repair shop and they documented damage caused by them. She told me i have issues because i wanted to hold them accountable. They refused to refund me and said they didn't "agree" with the damage found. Horrible experience. read more

I've been to Orlando Auto Doctor for regular maintenance and have always had excellent service. Today, my appointment was for a computer problem. Jason was thorough in diagnosing the problem and in explaining my options. Once again, great service with equally great customer care. read more

First off, I have to say that the staff is incredibly friendly. I like that I was able to make an appointment to bring my vehicle in for service. I've dealt with car shops before where you have to call and sort of hope that they're not too busy to look at your car. I called, made an appointment and that was very easy to do over the phone. Again, the lady who I spoke with was incredibly pleasant and friendly. I felt like I was calling a doctor's office! I brought my car in at my appointment time and dropped it off without any real problem. If I had a gripe on that, it's that I didn't know where to park because the place was so rammed with vehicles either awaiting service or already serviced. I took it as a sign that they're a great shop since they're so busy. Anyhow, just be aware that you'll have to look a bit for a spot to park. Once I did, though, they took care of moving my vehicle in order to service it, so not a big deal. My number one concern with car shops is "am I going to get ripped off? Will they tell me to fix things that don't need fixing?". I saw that the reviews on here were good, so I went ahead and took a chance based off of that. I asked them to check my brakes and give my car a physical. So I left them wide open with an opportunity to sell me on anything. I didn't think that anything was really wrong with the car, but I just wanted to be sure because I'm returning to work next month. Anyhow, they checked the car and didn't find any issues with the vehicle. They looked at my check engine light which was an issue I knew about already, and they gave me a technical breakdown of why it was happening. In my case, it didn't need fixing, but they told me how I could get it fixed if it comes back again and I want to get rid of it. In the end, the only thing that I was charged for was the changing of my wiper blades, which I asked them to do. I was thoroughly impressed with the honesty of this car shop. They didn't try to upsell me on anything or recommend repairs that weren't necessary. They only fixed what needed fixing, which is the type of auto shop that is a rare find in my experience. Jason, the mechanic who I dealt with over there, was as friendly and personable as you can get. Based upon my experience, I highly recommend this shop. I'll be coming back again when I need repair work and I will recommend to my friends. read more

My first experience with the Dr's was the day Christina started at the store about 8 yrs ago. They had purchased the location from a previous owner who had been there for 40 yrs. Knowing Christina, Jason and staff for so many years I feel refreshed and confident everytime I visit for service. I have 3 cars and I know the care they receive is personal and professional. There is a reason the street out front is lined with cars; it's the service and the kindness of all involved. I have recommended the auto doctor to several friends. One particular friend who lives in Mims and has several old cars, not collector cars and drive the distance because of this shop. Thank you Christina, Jason, Ken and Joel for making auto repairing as pleasant and honest as it can be. Bud read more

I recently moved to Orlando and needed to get my car checked because I had a long drive here and also because in my previous city a repair shop had suggested a particular (expensive) fix. I saw the good reviews of Orlando Auto Doctor and decided to visit them. I showed them the recommendation from the other repair shop. They looked over my car (for a small, reasonable fee) and then said I DIDN'T need the repair at the present time. If they were just looking to make money they could have easily said I should get the repair. This episode suggests they are an honest shop and I will definitely visit here again. read more

This place needs to work on their communication to customers. There was no notice of a 2 year warranty for their service until I spoke with Jason who was friendly and this happened to be on my way out. I called last week and Jason mentioned that an oil change was a certain price and of course I was charged on the higher end. I might as well have gone to Firestone whom charges $75 for a full synthentic oil blend and I was not updated during the process about a light bulb concern and yes as a single female I was "attempted to be taken advantage of" yet I've done my research ahead of time about the bulbs that were being discussed. Single women be careful. read more

I'm so glad I found this place. They did a quick little fix till I'm able to come back next week and get the job done. Thanks so much for helping my Honda CR-V! read more

I highly recommend this Auto Place, great experience and great work. I was very impressed with the work done on my Chrysler PT Cruzer. Would not betray my car by taking it elsewhere. read more

Going to the mechanic is usually a lot like going to the dentist: you have to take on faith that what they say is wrong is actually wrong and the prescribed treatment is most often painful and expensive. Not Orlando Auto Doctor. It is a unicorn auto-shop where the owners/mechanics are transparent, honest, write thoughtful and measured treatment prescriptions, and are so friendly that it makes stopping by a pleasure. Hands down, the best shop and best experience getting my car worked on that I've ever had. read more

I was recommended to Orlando Auto Doctors by my neighbor. When I arrived, I felt confident I chose the right mechanic, by the number of "classic" cars that they were working on. It seems, others trust them to repair their old cars. I am very happy with the work the performed on my 1989 Lincoln Town Car, and the repair costs were very good. The owners are very friendly, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I HIGHLY recommend Orlando Auto Doctors! read more

Highly, highly, highly recommend this place! Owners Jason and Christina went way above and beyond to make sure my car and I were taken care of. #supportlocalbusiness read more

The owners of Orlando Auto Doctor are true gems. They are kind, fair, go above and beyond when it comes to customer service, and most importantly, they do a great job with car repairs. When I was out of town for work, we had to get a repair done. Since we have just the one personal vehicle getting repaired, the owner rushed the job by completing it himself (on a WEEKEND) and actually drove our car to our home, picked up my husband and two young kids, and my husband drove him back to the shop. We were amazed and touched by this gesture. We suffered through going to the dealership for repairs for years until we smartened up and turned to our neighborhood Facebook group for a recommendation on a local auto shop. Best decision ever! read more

These guys have been amazing to me for years now - I have a 66 Mustang and there's no way I'd have kept it on the road this long if not for them always doing a great job taking care of me and performing honest work at a fair price. read more

I had such a great experience with Orlando Auto Doctor. Ive been screwed over a few times in the past when it comes to getting a proper mechanic and I'll admit I was skeptical about going here as well. But all of the positive reviews matched the description of this place. My water pump and thermostat failed on me and they were able to get it fixed without any shady deals and quoted me a reasonable price. My car has been running great since and should anything else go wrong on my car, they'll definitely be the ones I call. I highly recommend their services. read more

They were referred to me by a neighbor who has been using this place since the original owners. My car is just running out of its warranty and I've been in search of an affordable, reliable, honest mechanic. Well I think I have found them! Yayyyy! Highly recommended. read more

This family owned and operated business is the only place we will take our cars. They are reasonably priced, friendly and attentive. They will only do what is necessary, and not try to up sell their services. It makes it easy to take your car to the shop when you like the owners so much! read more

A great shop for Auto repair. They do an outstanding job working on classic cars.

Ive never had such a pleasant experience bringing my car somewhere to be worked on. Having a problem with your car is stressful enough the last thing you want to stress about is if you can trust the place you are taking it to get worked on. The staff at Orlando Auto Doctor are amazing. They are very knowledgeable and take the time to properly diagnose the problems you may be having with your car and provide you a fair estimate for the work needing to be done. They aren't pushy and let you decide if/when you want to schedule for the work to be done. At the end they thanked me by name. I will be telling all of my friends to bring their cars to them if they have any type of auto trouble. read more

Jason, Christina and the staff at Orlando Auto Doctor are GREAT. My 1972 Mach 1 Mustang had sat for about a year due to a bad engine, bad brakes, leaking radiator, and electrical problems. Jason discussed my options and made me feel confident in what work needed to be done, to bring the car back to a reliable daily driver. Jason kept me updated on the progress and any changes in plans we had discussed. The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. I now drive the car with no fear that it will break down. My mustang and other autos will only be going to Orlando Auto Doctor for future repairs. read more
