I read the reviews and left messages for several companies. When I called Stratex (also thinking I would be leaving a message on this holiday weekend) Jason answered. I was very impressed and that alone spoke volumes for his customer service. Jason heard the concern in my voice and came on Labor Day to remove the nest. He was VERY professional and knowledgeable, and his pricing was extremely reasonable compared to the other companies I had reviewed. I took pictures of Jason removing the nest and was thankful it was now gone. I would VERY HIGHLY recommend Stratex for your pest needs. After doing some patching up holes and killing some of them with traps, it wasn't enough. We called Patriot Pest Control and they sent Jason to us. He got all the holes around the house, that I missed, patched up. He set baits and it wasn't long that we haven't heard mouse activity within the walls nor do we see mice droppings. Talk about peace of mind!!! He also sprayed the house. Later on I noticed wasps a few weeks later and he came out without me calling to spray not just our house but around our property and shed. They say if there are wasps or any insects that happen to come, they will spray again for free as an ongoing maintenance service. They are very helpful, trustworthy and results were evident.

I call them up and said I paid for everything up front so they were going to check into it and never heard anything again. A month later I got another letter saying I owed $600 more. I called them up and said I had paid everything up front and they were going to look into it and never heard from them. A third time and a fourth time this happened. Now I'm at collections! I asked to talk to the sales rep who came to my house and he unfortunately is on maternity leave because he had a baby. I've been using the quarterly spray service for some time, and I've never had an issue until now…read more They've come back multiple times in the past, to take care of things (ants once, and bees last year). However, this time, we have hornets inside our home. A LOT OF THEM. I'm talking hundreds. They came back to spray twice, but then told us they won't come back out because they believe the hornets are in our attic, and the techs aren't allowed in the attic. So they sent us the number of someone else. I called the person, it would be $300 just for that person to come out, not sure what it would have been to actually perform a service. But we were desperate, so I set up an appointment. An hour before, he cancelled, and I havent heard anything back from him. I've never seen anything stating that you're only covered with the quarterly spray service as long as it's not in the attic. So I called Bullseye Pest Defense. They're setting us up for a yearly spray cycle that's $185 cheaper a year than Griffin, and they can access the attic to take care of us. I feel so unbelievably let down by Griffin. We've been in absolute terror in our home. I'm glad we finally have a rescuer!
