The professionalism has always been outstanding and it's rare for us to see bugs after treatments and when we do see them, it's generally ants. We've had a much wetter than usual spring and when we started seeing ants again, we called Valor. It wasn't our usual contract appointment, but nonetheless we explained our ant problem and they responded with a courtesy service the next day. Next day service is exceedingly rare. Their employee, Reuben arrived spot-on the time we were told to expect him. He said something that really struck me as premier customer service when he said, no matter that we sprayed in March, I am here to do whatever is needed to control your pest issues. His friendliness, professionalism and knowledge of the products he was using were impressive. He listened intently and asked questions while I walked him around the trouble areas and then he went to work.
