As a nurse, I know what to look for and appreciate when you can tell someone actually cares about their work. I can't remember who helped me last time (though I think she was in the first cubby on the right, sometime last year), but I was having around 20 vials of blood drawn including some very specialized labs, & she took her time ensuring she had all the right tubes for the right labs, as well as enough of them. She also found a billing error in my chart, which she facilitated the correction of. As far as I know, she did not have to do that; it was above and beyond. Today I had my blood drawn by Jamus (I think that's what his name tag said, I'm sorry if I misremembered!) and he got more than he bargained for when he asked me how my weekend was and my response was "rough." But instead of shying away from what could've been an awkward conversation, we had a laugh, and he asked me what happened. He was very sweet to listen & sympathize with me, especially as a fellow pet parent. He didn't have to do that either! He was also very gentle with the blood draw & let me know before I left how long the labs were expected to take to process. This location is also not overly crowded, and they do have a parking structure, though they unfortunately don't validate. I was able to find street parking today but I don't remember it being as expensive as the parking for the Quest locations in Burbank near the hospital. I'm always in and out in about 10 minutes total. The nurses/ workers are also sooo friendly and always provide excellent customer service. They always answer any questions and I've never had a bad experience here. Nor have i ever had an issue with them poking me and not finding my veins. For test results, i use the quest app and they post them there for me to see which i think is amazing. Theres parking in the lot but you do have to pay. I always just park on the street. Only reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because sometimes it gets kind of musty in the waiting room if there's a lot of people.

The staff, nurses and doctor are all very personable and professional and don't give you any run arounds. You'll get your results emailed and posted on their healthcare sight for your eyes and your physician's only through your account upon signing up. If you have an appointment arrive early and you'll be out in no time especially on a slower day, which varies week to week. If you walk-in and can't be seen right away, they can try to fit you in later in the day or hopefully schedule something in the same week. Your first visit you'll encounter some invasive questions about your personal, psychological and sexual life, which is very standard. Always try to be open and upfront as possibly especially if you're nervous so they can help better assist you and vice versa. Sex is nothing to be ashamed of and knowing you status is one of the most responsible thing you can do. You're in good hand here.

The process was simple, with 20 locations in the Los Angeles area, I made an appointment online, the same day.. with plenty of appointment slots available. I went to the Studio City location, it was very clean, masks are required. Was helped almost immediately, had to show QR code, ID, and email address on file. They did a anterior mid-nasal swabs that extend less than 1 inch into the nose - exponentially more comfortable than standard invasive swabs. Results are accessible via the Sameday Health admin portal. Patients receive a live link via text and email alerting them to login to view their results. This was a very easy process, very nice and clean location. Parking at this location was very easy, they do have metered street parking, or you can park at the bank behind it. They currently provide testing for RT-PCR (SeqOnce COVID-19 SARS-CoV-2), Rapid Antigen testing (BD Veritor), and Rapid PCR testing ( Accula). They also offer flu, strep and STD testing. In all honesty I was hoping to not have this experience but I now see it's totally inevitable. I'm grateful to have fought her off and assume I owe a big thanks to those three shots which helped me still be able to bike at least 30-35miles a day despite being totally lethargic and crazy dizzy. Sameday testing always comes through! I blew threw my stock supply of home test once knowing I was positive. My OCD had me testing nearly daily, I wanted it gone since me and fatigue don't fare well together. I test privately when not in the states and test solely with Sameday when I'm in town. Their staff is super fast and efficient. I wouldn't bother with an urgent care facility unless you absolutely need to. Book an appointment online and you're in and out in a couple of minutes here. Nothing major or serious, just need to do blood count/drawn to maintain good health. Especially when you get to be a certain age. Yesterday, I went in at 4pm knowing that the last blood drawn was at 4:30pm and 30 minutes before their closing time. Whenever I have gone to this facility, I have NEVER had any bad, problems or issues with the staff. Whether it was dropping off a sample of urine/stool or drawing blood. Rosario drew my blood in less than 60 seconds. They are quick to admit, sign up is fast, quick like a morning/evening breeze, staff are very friendly, professional and helpful. By the time you want to sit down, they already text you and call your name to go in and get the work done. No complaints whatsoever. Bonus: close to my home!:-) Lab is BIG, CLEAN, with nice large windows and very bright inside. They are also quick to update your my chart/file by submitting your information on line. As we all know, certain responsibilities come with it. I need to pay $30 out of pocket for my copay. The remaining balance is handled by my insurance company. They have 2 bathrooms for men and for women with two stalls. Clean and sanitized. Underground parking with plenty of spaces and 2 elevators. That's all for now until my next visit. Their waiting room is big but there's also another waiting area outside the door (for another UCLA clinic) however if the waiting room for the lab is at capacity there are more seats outside. Parking lot can be a challenge. Limited parking can get full pretty quickly. There are usually parking attendants to guide you or let you know there's no spots left.
