Our X ray technician Rob was very knowledgeable and made sure my son got the best care while we were there. He made my son feel comfortable and made sure my son understood how to properly care for his arm in between seeing the UC and Ortho. Dr Smith was very thorough in her check up on my son. She went through a mental list of questions to make sure she had a full understanding of the injury. I am thankful for this UC and the care they provided. Thank you.

Some providers were much more compassionate, attentive, and reassuring than others, which made the experience feel inconsistent. That being said, I am very grateful that Dr. Grace Lee was the physician who delivered my baby. She was phenomenal--caring, compassionate, attentive, and reassuring. She made me feel safe during delivery, and I truly appreciated the way she cared for me during such a vulnerable and important moment. Unfortunately, my postpartum experience was where I felt the office fell short the most. I developed mastitis twice, and on both occasions, I was diagnosed over the phone. I was told there were no openings to see me, even though I was experiencing significant pain and what I considered an urgent medical issue. Instead, I was referred to the on-call doctor and given a prescription. I found this extremely frustrating. As a patient experiencing a painful postpartum complication, I expected to be evaluated in person when necessary. I questioned how my condition could be properly assessed over the phone without a clinical examination. Overall, there were simply too many inconsistencies in the care and level of compassion I received. At times, I felt like the office was too busy to truly listen or care when I was actually in pain and needed support. While I had an excellent experience with Dr. Grace Lee during delivery, the overall experience with the practice did not meet my expectations. I hope the office takes this feedback seriously, especially when it comes to postpartum care and making patients feel heard, supported, and cared for when they are most vulnerable.

They back date to the date of service not the date of billing, threaten collection after you get the bill, not even 10 days after you get your first statement in the US Mail, of all things (by then you're pushing 60 days after the date of service--SURPRISE! How do you pay a bill you don't know you have/no amount known? Come on, that's unreasonable--they don't care. They'll sit there and repeat a script over and over like a robot). The bill paying portal doesn't show how much you owe. They don't offer payment plans that don't attach your bank account, (in this day and age that's absolutely reckless). The most fun is when they refuse to acknowledge payments made even when you read off the payment transaction ID. Billing is the 14th circle'a hell.

I told the nurse my concern; he said the doctor would be coming back. Dr Triveti (partial owner of the facility) never came back. There's also things like the privacy and other signatures . I am pretty sure one said they would use any photos any was they wanted--it was a release. I signed those in an exhausted state after 1 1/2 days of pooping and liquid diet. I filled out a lot of papers online before the colonoscopy. Why couldn't they have sent me links to review the information BEFORE the day of the procedure? No informed consent of any kind. Very suspicious. Here was my choice when they said they were ready for me: 1. Not doing the procedure after 1 1/2 days of pooping, liquid diet, and 2 nights of no sleep. 2. Just sign everything, and get it done. In my exhausted state, I chose the second. I have been having pain since the colonoscopy. Severe cramping, especially the next day. It wasn't until I spoke to the nurse, that called the next day, who told me why. Apparently they had to push the camera/scope in with extra pressure. Why didn't someone tell me this right after I woke up from the procedure? Four days later, that I am still having pain. I was going to give one star, but I gave an extra star for the helpful nurses. I hope Dr Triveti makes some changes to this facility. I don't want to go back.
