He arrived on time, and was hard at work for a little over 3.5 hours and the result was a very well put together cupboard, which he did all by himself. He also advised on the position of shelves and drawers, and seemed very well-versed in the IKEA furniture. I was impressed! Cherry on the top, his rates were very reasonable! I found him to be the most inexpensive of all the inquiries I made. We also learned that he does IKEA furniture pickup and delivery for a great price as well! I was very happy with his services, and would hire him again any day without hesitation!

There was one person manning the store and he was busy with someone. I patiently waited my turn, I figured he would get to me once he completed the sale. Shortly before he had finished the sale another man walked in that seemed to know the sales associate. They said hello and the sales associate asked him how his project was going. At this point I was slightly annoyed, I had not even gotten a "hello, I will be with you in a moment" from the sales associate. I still waited. I needed the supplies. After the sale was complete I was all ready with my questions and requests. The guy walked right by me, not even an acknowledgment and helped his friend. Horrible customer service. I will never go back again and I suggest anyone else try a different location.
