I bought my 2010 Toyota 4Runner from them and I love it. So far it's been one of the nicest vehicles I've ever owned. And it got me through some tough winter storms. I highly recommend Original Owner Autos. read more

Drove 3 hours to look at a 2014 Silverado, great truck for the money and great customer service from Ryan and Jake. I'm definitely going to be referring friends and family to these guys even if they are 3 hours aways. Thanks Ryan and Jake. read more

not entirely there fault. went to buy my first car and really wish I coulda brought a parent or someone to help. everyday has been a struggle with this car I find something new to be fixed or replace because it's damaging the car. I do feel taken advantage off bc how are you not going to tell me there is coolent leaks, misfires, exhaust problems, I really wish I was smarter and went somewhere where they kinda help u out a little more, not one thing was told to me when I bought it was told 02 sensor and now I can barely drive the thing. read more

Great Service. I walked in and they immediately helped me look for a vehicle I was interested in.

I recently tried to buy a Toyota Corolla from Ryan at Original Owner Auto's. He passed me along to Walt in finance, who proceeded to jerk me around for several days. I was willing to make a full price offer on the car, as I live in far Northern Missouri. I have never worked with such a poor company in my life. If you are even thinking of buying anything from them, be forewarned! Walt's incompetence caused me to lose out on purchasing the car I wanted. read more

Renae in the office and Eric in sales were both great! I bought a beautiful 2016 Yukon Denali XL and I couldn't be happier with it! It's amazing and everything a person could ask for in the used car market. Good service and great people, thanks! read more

I had recently (less than a month ago) purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. I was so excited, the person I was working with to buy the vehicle seemed nice and reliable. After buying my new car, I have put close to $1,000 into fixing random things that seem to keep breaking. First, less than a week after buying it, the cv axle went out. Then, later the following week my power steering pump went bad. And now? The car won't even start. When the axle went out I had called the dealership and they told me to go to a mechanic and get it fixed. Great thing they talked me into getting a warranty - one that doesn't cover a single thing that's gone wrong so far. 0/100000 would not recommend. read more

same problem that everyone else has had here. I should've looked at the reviews before I bought my car. They sold it to me with a blown head gasket and charged me way over Kelley blue book value. They have a mechanic shop right there so can almost gurentee you that they knew about the issue. I was just naïve and was alone buying the car. I would highly recommend bringing a mechanic with you if you're going to buy a car from here but to save yourself a lot of money and hassle just go somewhere else these guys are not honest. read more

Honestly I feel bad leaving this review because it's a smaller business but I cannot sacrifice my integrity out of sympathy. they have a cool collection but the vehicles simply are all lemons, maybe not all but most. I came into to check out a tundra from 2004 that was advertised as in "excellent condition" and to nobodies surprise, the suspension on all 4 wheels was completely shot. leaf springs coming apart. leaking cv axle boots, loose cv axles and too much more. I honestly really do appreciate the salesman taking notes on the condition of the car I pointed out for their mechanic, but it's clear the "maintenance" is being severely overlooked or ignored by their techs. Solid collection and a very nice salesmen which is why I gave 3 stars. Whoever was working today get out!!! you have a very professional demeanor don't waste it on a scam shop. I just cannot recommend purchasing a car that has not been thoroughly inspected. read more

came in looking to look at the Audi. Waited and waited, imagine having 3 sales people but no one comes out their office and greets you. Puts on right winged news channels in the lobby. After 30 mins, just left. Not worth it. read more

I had mad the biggest mistake of all time for buy from this place. This place have a topper for sale and we agree on a price. I got to the place and pay for the topper. I gave the salesman the cash, I count the money for him. The salesman used a cash count machine to count the cash 3 times. We both sign the purchase agreement. I ended up have to take the topper of off their truck to put on my truck. Later on the owner took the cash to the bank and call back to the salesman saying that the cash was short $40. They wanted me to pay them the extra $40. I told them that we both counted the cash and it was all there. They started that no matter what I would have to pay them the $40. I can't believe how dishonest and unprofessional these sales people are. I would not recommend this place to anyone, ripping peoples for $40. Stay away from this place. read more

My father bought a car from you guys and had less than a quarter tank of gas in it when he left the lot, terminals for the battery were loose, headlight bulbs were out, on top of these problems they gave him a set of plates that were for a different car I would highly discourage anyone from purchasing a car from these people read more

I went to look at a car I was interested in at Original Owner Autos. The sales guy, Paul I think tried to talk me out of the car I wanted, which was weird. As a woman I always feel a bit worried dealing with used car salesman , this guy made sure I was uncomfortable , he lied to me 4 different times whilst I was there Don't you just hate when arrogant men treat you like a woman who doesn't know their shit? I made him a cash offer on a vehicle that was overpriced. He said he couldn't offer me more than "a couple hundred off the listen price" ( bullshit, first of all) " he could care less if I paid cash or not" ( Rude & Dumb) he told me to call the owner, which was a bit strange .... Finally got the owner Ryan Redmond on the phone & offered him $12,500 cash on a car listed at $14,995. He replied " I would never sell that car for that" when I was about to start negotiating he hung up on me. I thought it was a mistake but Paul, the "salesman" says " yeah, he probably was insulted you would offer so low." I'm sorry but what is wrong with this story? What is wrong with these people. Arrogant, rude & very cavalier attitudes for people spending money on advertising & running a business, when you can't even give the most basic customer service. I told the Guy that recommended them to me my customer service experience as well , he was appalled & said he would no longer refer his customers there. I don't usually think like this in Mpls, but Was in Eden Prairie..... was it because I was a white lady with a black Man? There was a Mexican family being treated poorly whilst I was there also. Word to the wise, these folks are RUDE! I give Zero Stars & for Gods sake do not send your wife or daughter there! Total Assholes P.s This is my first 0 star YELP review, I felt obligated. read more

This place is a joke! overpriced worn out vehicles. Case in point 2007 Tundra with 243,000 miles for $11,000! Because of the high miles and rough condition I checked KBB it's only worth half this. They will lowball your trade in an attempt to upsell you high priced high mileage junk. Do yourself a favor and go to a more reputable place read more

contacted this dealer to set up a trade in as I was looking for a smaller truck, they told me the Tacoma I ended up buying had some rust and that they could fix it for 500$. me being a welder I figured for the price I could fix some rust up... then to find out 4000$ later it was not just a patch. reached out to the dealer who the. told me that they told me about the rust. and left it their I'm so upset with this dealership and don't know how they could morally or legally sell me such a rusty vehicle. I wish I never traded my truck in. read more

This place is always trying to cover up something when selling cars. Unfortunately my brother bought a car from them during the evening and did not see hail damage that covered the car. At night we didn't notice the damage and went on with buying the car. I have always heard horrible things about this business and now have story of my own. My advice, NEVER buy anything from this shady dealership. read more

I recently purchased a high mileage Toyota 4Runner from Original Owner Autos. Vehicle was in great shape cosmetically, no rust, nearly new tires, cloth interior which was in great shape, etc..... However, after having it for about 45 days I have replaced all brakes, air filter, cabin air filter and did a transmission fluid flush. No mechanical issues, which is great, but it would seem that some of these things should have been completed upon inspection of the vehicle coming in and reflected in the price. It even appeared a mouse had been rooting around in the cabin air filter. So, knowing it was a high mileage vehicle I do not have any complaints about the power train, seems to be in great shape, but a few basic maintenance repairs would have gone a long way. I will not purchase from this dealer again. read more

They might have good cars, who knows, but if their concern with customer service is any indication of their level of concern on their vehicles then I'd stay away. I didn't buy because of that, even though they had a vehicle Ithat I felt was reasonably priced. read more

I was originally drawn to the low price of a vehicle I found on their website. I came in to test drive and was then pressured into leaving a deposit. The next day, they increased the price by $500 after I pointed out that the car had a flat tire and cracked windshield. Called to get my deposit back since they didn't uphold their agreement and was cussed out by the shady owner Ryan Redmond. I would avoid this place despite what the owner replies to this post. I found my experience to be much much better down the street at Midwest Auto. (I should also note that I never signed an agreement even though the owner insists that I did. He also promised my deposit back after they sold the car which ended up being a lie). read more
