In the kids section she couldn't decide on which wool sheep she wanted so she picked up both and was holding them in her hands.. we were all standing around her as she decided and the employee (an older woman) came up to us and rudely told us she couldn't touch the sheep and asked us to put them back... We were going to buy two wool shirts and a few other things including the sheep that my daughter really wanted but after the way she acted towards us, and the negative experience we decided to leave and take our business elsewhere.

By far the most original and fun gifts we got. Everyone loved em! I think the shop is devided into different artists. We bought from Paula. Her business is called Katie and Me. Amazing stuff and she packs it well for safe travels. She also ships! Stop in and buy lots of her stuff. Shes great. When we come back in 2 years time it will be one of the first places we go!

Hand and Family made in Dingle!…read more Gayle and I visited the Factory and the Store during our recent stay in Dingle. We came out of it with a nice small glass (Celtic Flame pattern) and small bowl (in Beehive), one purchased at the Factory and one at the Store. Great staff, impressive craftmanship, interesting demo, and a great dog at the Factory. Yes it's a bit expensive, but you get what you pay for. We carried our crystal treasures in a carry on without significant incident. However, the bag did get flagged as through the scanner as that heavy crystal throws out an impressive profile. The Security guy was impressed how well it was wrapped too.
