Situated on the Main Street across from Dingle Bay, this is a cute local shop specializing in all things wool. We popped in while wandering around Dingle and spent a few minutes inside looking through all the wool sweaters, hats and socks. Such a great selection and variety of sweaters, so many colors and patterns! In addition to the wool items, they had a small selection of other souvenirs including clothing, keychains, hats, artworks, etc... Service was welcoming and friendly. I would give them negative stars if possible - we visited the shop while on a bus tour in September and I found an absolutely lovely lambs fleece out front. When I took it inside and paid for it, they took my address information, put it in a pouch that removed the air and took it into the back - telling me that was all I needed to do. Weeks later the fleece never arrived. I left voice mails asking about it, emailed them about it and contacted the shop on social media. They haven't returned the money, they haven't sent the fleece and they haven't responded at all. They're without customer service of any kind and they've stolen my money. It's left me with a very bad feeling after what was otherwise a very lovely trip. read more

We dropped in to look for some sweaters and were delighted by their extensive offerings. We ended up buying a sweater for me and my husband found an awesome waterproof jacket (it's his favorite jacket now) and a beautifully tailored tweed blazer. The owners were friendly and helpful as we made our way around the shop. We look forward to visiting again next time we're in Dingle. read more

Great service and selection of clothing and other items in the store. Prices were in line with the competition. Good location.

It was raining and so I ducked into this shop as their window display had a mannequin with a lovely hat. They had tons of very stylish jackets and sweaters too which I checked out but with limited baggage, I stuck to my original quest. A lovely young gal helped me locate it, there was a mirror and 10mins later I walked out a satisfied customer. Plus it was 100% merino wool and as cherry on top had been discounted and was on sale.What really stood out from their service tho' is that recognizing I was visiting, my sales girl gave me a voucher to get my tax back at Dublin airport!
