The locations I visited in London were smaller shops located in stations, slightly cheaper, but less options available. They also have an online website you can order from, but it's more expensive to purchase online as an American. Plus, the store employee we interacted with at the time was very sweet and helpful. When I first walked in, I was immediately drawn in by the style of clothing they offered. I ended up getting getting a waterproof jacket, and can't wait to wear it when Seattle starts raining again! It's kind of confusing from the outside and peering through the window, but I promise there is a whole different world up the stairs. We popped in due to one of their window displays, which featured a great shirt. We were on the hunt for this shirt and upstairs we went. We scooped up the shirt and a few other souvenirs for family, then made our way back out to the streets of Killarney. Inside is happy, fun and filled with creativity. The staff is friendly and willing to accommodate. They have a nice area to try on clothes and to be measured for alterations. I tried on many of their beautiful sweaters and found one that I really liked. Madhatters offers a nice shopping experience.
