I don't mind waiting a few extra minutes for them to be cooked properly, especially since it wasn't hectic and they didn't seem rushed. We're definitely going to give them another try, because anyone can have an off day, and we're hoping it was just that, since it's always such a treat to enjoy fresh churros. Hopefully, the next churros experience will be different since we're big fans of churros in this house. I really liked the Ube even though it was very messy when it was handed to me and I had to eat it fairly quickly so it wouldn't melt all over, but I thought it paired really well with the toppings. He has a small set up in a parking lot of a supermarket. He made me a strawberry and cream stuffed churro and regular one. The price is unbelievable and so worth it, I would have paid more tbh. The vibe was perfect for a late night snack. He is open later in the summer so don't let the store hours stop you from stopping by. You won't regret it.
