Brought my daughter (5) here for a mani pedi day. They have pricings for children under 12. We were able to set up appointment online, it was so convenient! Later on we added another person to the appointment and the owner (Helen) was VERY accommodating! She was very honest about staffing and tried to work it out so that we wouldn't have to wait as she had an appointment that would overlap our time. When we got there, it is super clean, brightly light, cozy. Parking is a little tough as there is not a lot of customer stalls but the attendant was very nice and let me park in one of the tenant stalls! Service was GREAT! My daughter ENJOYED every single second of it and the girls were super gentle to her and talked story with her. The staff is young and friendly. My tech let my son soak his feet in the water with me while I was getting a pedi and when he would copy me & lift my foot up, she would pretend to work on his foot too. They were so nice!! Can't say enough good things about this place! Pricing is fair and I will definitely be back with my daughter! Also...do you need ombré brows?! Go see Karen (bijoubeauty on IG) who is a part of ORIGINAIL! She is super sweet, took her time to explain the process with me and talked story with me while doing my brows. She made sure my brows were PERFECT before starting the shading process and it was not as painful as I thought! I have done a touch up and I didn't know I could fall in love with my brows any more than I did! Will def want to try their other services (lash lift, waxing, etc). read more

I went twice to this nail salon and I was really excited to go as one of my friends showed me their designs and they do gel-x. The girl who did my nails was very nice and created conversation from the start! She made it very welcoming & comfortable & overall that process was well. However, once I got home and actually checked my nails I realized some of the sizing was a little off as some on my nail tips were smaller than my actual nail bed & didn't meet side wall to side wall. Also, a few days after getting my nails the bottom of my ring finger started to lift... it started lifting more and more & I was a little confused as it's only been a few days since I got my nails done. I let it go because I thought it didn't get worse, but 2 weeks in and it literally lifted to the point you can tell the gel was not cured or the application wasn't the best. I had messaged the person to get my nails done & explained the situation & was willing to fix it. When I went back into the salon, she welcomed me in & got to the nail fix. When she was looking at my nail, she mentioned she had to remove it. Usually, you'd expect a nail salons to remove it with acetone (as the previous salons I went to did). However, she looked to the nail tech next to her and asked her if she had any tips so she can just "shwoop" the broken nail right off. I didn't expect she'd actually do it but, she stuck the nail tip right under the broken nail extension & shwooped it right off, as it was very painful she went into buffing my nail and cleaning off my cuticles. This was the most painful buffering & cleaning I've ever done. Right when I left the salon I noticed she over cut my cuticles and I was bleeding right after. A few day after the nail fix, all my gems fell off. I'm not sure if I'll come back to this salon again due to the removal of the gel-x extension because I've asked my previous nail tech if that was normal & she mentioned that is the first way to damage ones nails. First and foremost I wanna say this new shop is thriving. Helen is my homegirl who can do pretty much everything. So if you need someone to do gel acrylics with freehand designs. Go see her. She also does eyebrows. Her girls are also very sweet. They are still learning and training so be patient. We gotta learn some how and for the few times that I did my pedicure with the others they do not disappoint. Give pointers when needed. But enjoy the experience. Do plan ahead, make an appointment. Omg IM SO IN LOVE with my nails. I showed Helen a pic of what I wanted and she did it exactly. I also let her know that I wanted some length but not to much because I wear contacts and don't wanna poke my eyes taking them out. This review is way overdue and it is for Karen who did my eyebrows. They look very natural. I love it- my ombré brows. Karen was very patient when it came to shaping of the brows and she is willing to listen to you and go with what you want. My first appointment took 3.5 hours and the second appointment took about 1 hour. I like how before you even go to the appointment, Karen sent me a link with detailed instructions in regards to how to prepare for the appointment, it explains what happens during the whole process and also what to expect after so there are no surprises. So now I wake up everyday with perfect eye brows and I don't have to worry about my eye brows coming off after getting them wet at the beach or pool. Good investment ! read more

I haven't even had my manicure for a full week and it's ruined, literally looks like I did them myself. Cuticles are trashed which led to hang nails. Who said pedicure is only for women. My feet felt so soft and delicate after getting it done. Cordelia looked very focus when she was cleaning my nails, nothing was distracting her at all. 15~20min of your time is all you need. They allow walk in, but appointment is recommended. This is the first pedicure I've had since the pandemic started. My daughter is visiting from the mainland, so we went to get our toes done and could not have had a better experience! Originail is adorable and it was comfortable, like hanging out at a friend's house. My daughter loved the detail of the salon and took pictures of how cute it was and commented on each little thing. You can tell the folks who work here care about each other and they're there to give a good experience as well as chill enough to chat with their customers. We just got basic pedicures, but the staff's nails are all amazing and on point, so I can see how skilled they are if you are a gel or all-out person! Paloma and Cordelia helped us, I believe, and they were both terrific. I will definitely come back here to hang out and get pampered again. I don't even know where to begin. All I can say is Helen is an absolute gem!!! The most talented nail tech I've ever had. Not only does she make you feel welcomed, but she is also a great person to spill tea or just simply talk story with. She is usually either listening to me ramble or making me laugh lol. Once I started getting my nails done with her, I have ONLY been going to her. I always be sure to send a picture to her beforehand so that she has an idea on what I am looking for. Anybody who is getting their nails done with any of the nail techs should send them a picture prior to their appointment so that they can see your ideas. Especially since most beauty services book through social media. If I ever felt meh about something that was done, I would mention it right away just so they can fix the issue. They just want you to be happy with what you are paying for. As you can see, I've chosen many different types of colors/themes throughout the last few years that I've been going to her. Unfortunately I've always had to stick to shorter lengths due to the type of job I have. Otherwise I would go longer. She absolutely loves longer lengths too which gives her more room for creativity and art. But the fact that she still makes the hand-painted parts work on my small nail beds really goes to show how efficient and detail-oriented she is. She is very patient even when I'm asking for something that can be a bit time-consuming lol. They have the cutest little wall that you can take pictures with too. Although, I ALWAYS forget to take a picture with because I'm usually going somewhere right after the appointment. Parking is pretty easy for the most part. They have some customer parking in the small parking lot right below their shop. If not, you can park in the parking lot of Pali Longs/Safeway. I will continue coming here for my nails, even if I can only go once every few months or so. Had my girlfriends nails done the other day. The workers are really welcoming and they have really awesome parking right below the building which is always a plus since I always dread looking for parking anywhere in town so this salon gets an extra star for that. Located right next to Pali safeway or asatos for reference where it's located. The appointment scheduling was online and was really streamlined and easy to set up. My nail tech was Jaycie and she was super friendly and we had good conversation! Both her and Helen made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. I initially scheduled a simple gel manicure but asked if I could add a design and Jaycie was super accomodating. I only wanted to get my gel polish removed, and I wanted to try out this place because of the good reviews. I was planning to come here for my future manicures. I made an appt online on Friday for the following Sunday 12 noon. It was confirmed by Helen by text the next day on Saturday. I show up about 5 minutes early on Sunday. Only 2 nail techs were there, busy working on their clients. When I told them I had an appt for gel polish removal, they seemed confused and had to check their appt system. They told me that Helen was "not in" today, but they called her, and I guess she really wasn't coming in so I had to wait for the available nail tech, who supposedly was "finishing up" her client. But why couldn't Helen let me know ahead of time that she wasn't available? She has my contact info, it takes only a minute to send me a text. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate. I ended up waiting almost 45 minutes... and during that time, no one checked up on me or told me how much longer it was going to take. I would've rescheduled if I knew how long it was going to take that long. I guess they don't care about customer service. Sure they apologized when they were finally ready for me, but nothing else. The nail tech were removed my polish was very nice and sweet, but I knew she was trying to rush because she already had her next client waiting for her. In the end, she didn't do a clean job. I really doubt I'll come back to this salon. read more

Meh... had to get nails redid a week later w my friend bc the soft gel was already peeling and separating from my nails; it cost more than many other nail places. Sucks that it's so hard to find a good nail place but this place ain't it... maybe if my nails were done by the owner it would've been better but the other workers there seem to not really know what to do and they still charge a huge amount for the ones who don't really know what they're doing and lack experience. It cost around $90 for soft gel nails that I had to redo in just a week so wasted a lot as well as my friend. Nails also were already painted kinda far from the end of my nail so it already looked grown out right after it was done :/ super disappointing.
