Also barbers, hairdressers, beauty and pet store, butchers, fish monger. bakery, heath foods store as well a huge fruit and veg shop and lots of places to eat and free Wifi. The best coffee in the shopping centre is at Taste Baguettes. On Saturday's with markets in the park around the corner from the shopping centre, it gets very crowded and busy on Saturday afternoons.

Try Dish Expresso on Level 1 /Shop11 for pastries, cakes , toasted wraps/sandwiches and the Breakfast Works Burger! It's my favourite (but not healthy) It is so tasty with egg, bacon, hash brown, cheese, tomato and a spicy relish served bursting at the seams in a toasted bun. Coffee is good and that's what counts! I'm sure you'll find something here to eat as there isn't any other outlets that offer this choice in the whole centre.

When I found out there was an outlet in Sydney, I knew I had to go. Located in Rosebery, the area is what I would describe as industrial chic. Parking in the area seemed limited so I would recommend Uber or public transportation. The bottom floor is swim & resort while the 2nd level is ready to wear. I was impressed by the selection. They had a ton of different past styles. Mostly solid pieces and not a ton of print left but nevertheless an impressive selection. My only gripe was they had a lot of size 3. I needed a smaller size and although it's discounted, the price is still a decent amount to buy clothes that are too big just because you love it. If you're visiting and are a fan of the line, I would definitely recommend you check it out!

In the manner of SES though you can always find something nice in the store for around ten bucks, and they have some great genuine-vinyl biker-style jackets for around the forty dollar mark. Don't be alarmed though, most of the stuff on the racks is nice- the horrors I mentioned above are the exception not the rule!

I was curious how similar/different they would be from their US counterparts, so made the walk to this mall on a weekday. Broadway Shopping Centre is located in the Broadway locality of Sydney, Australia, and originally opened in 1998. It underwent major renovations in 2016, adding a food court. The names of the store are prominently displayed high on the side of the non-descript building from the outside. Since we didn't come from the attached parking garage, we had to find the external entrance. Once inside, one distinguishing feature are the very long sloped moving walkways that will take you up/down each level (instead of escalators). We stopped by specifically to do product searching, walking each level to see what was available. In a lot of ways, it's similar to a US indoor shopping mall, except instead of department stores being the anchors, here it is grocery stores and general merchandise stores.

The thing that strikes me the most about this place is that it is located in this absolutely…read moregorgeous building, or at least the frontage of the building remains as opposed to having been torn down from some modern monstrosity. The problem I found with this shopping centre though is that it can be a nightmare finding your way in, and out again, especially if you are not familiar with the area. The comparison is....conspicuous. On the other hand this little shopping centre has been a very handy addition to the Inner West. For starters its ushered in Fitness First. Now, love it or loathe it, you've got to admit it's pretty damned convenient being able to hit the gym right as you jump off the train on your way home from work. Newtown Central also houses a Foodworks, a Cellarbrations bottleo (more convenience(, a Vietnamese bakery, a nail salon and Sole Espresso (good coffee!). It will still take a while to properly settle into the suburb - but the location speaks for itself.
