I really appreciate how thorough and caring she is. Shoutout to Paula too, she's always so sweet and helpful before and after my visits. I also love that I can usually be in and out in less than an hour, which is perfect since I normally come during my lunch break.

She catered to every knot in my body, and there were even stretches involved. I was left lifeless on that table. Haha Although there are many massage places on the strip, I think this one was absolutely worth the drive. It's only about 15 minutes from the strip.

My husband and I recently visited Loam for a prenatal massage and a deep tissue massage, and…read moreunfortunately, the experience fell short of our expectations. Neither of us felt like our therapists were particularly skilled or well-trained, and the massages lacked the technique and attention to detail we were hoping for- especially considering the price point and the wellness-focused atmosphere. The space itself is beautiful and relaxing, but the quality of the actual treatments just didn't match the environment. We left feeling disappointed and wishing we had chosen another spa. Overall, it wasn't our favorite experience, and we probably wouldn't return.

While they treat us like royalty at first, it soon became obvious that they rush you to sign up for their yearly membership, upsell on services and does not offer good quality treatments. I mostly did micro needling, which I think was decent. The most painful micro needling as the numbing cream didn't help. But their hydra facials feel off, a different aesthetician said it's an off brand facial and not a real hydra facial. Overpriced. It's McDonald's level treatment but they charge Wolfgang Puck prices.

I went for the 2-hour Luxury Massage with Jasmine, and apparently two hours can disappear remarkably fast when you're that relaxed. Jasmine was excellent--professional, attentive, and clearly knows what she's doing. I asked for strong pressure and she delivered....oh, sweet, sweet pain! LoL The spa itself is beautiful, with great décor and a relaxing atmosphere that makes you forget the outside world exists for a while. Two hours well spent. I walked in feeling like a regular human and walked out feeling like I'd been rebooted. Definitely recommend!

I paid $60 for a 30-minute session, and instead of concentrating on my shoulders, most of the session involved stepping and wrestling across my entire body. It felt rushed, impersonal, and completely ignored the service I asked for. To make matters worse, after the disappointing session, I was followed out to my car and pressured for a larger tip. I already paid for the service and did not appreciate being harassed in the parking lot for additional money, especially after my requests were ignored the entire time. Very uncomfortable experience overall and definitely not worth the price. Terrible vibe.

My two friends hadn't been to Shanghai Plaza before, so, I parked the car at the first space that I saw (because this shopping center is very crowded and popular) and we started walking from one end to the other. Reiwatakiya was a new store to me... however, it looked familiar. After reading reviews, I found out that it used to be "Shibuyala"! Ahhh... I have been here before - over two years ago! This store still has cute plushies and Asian cosmetics and skin care products. Last time, I got a Cony hairband and joined their rewards program. This time, I escaped without spending any money... yay! Service was okay. The gals were busy unpacking boxes and setting out the new merchandise. When we got closer to the cash register, we were asked if we were ready. We thanked them and left with a renewed sense of happiness from looking at kawaii items!
