When you need cosmetic work done & you want to be Satisfied - stop by Vivida for some great free snacks & while you're enjoying the snacks, take a load off & sit while you review Other options on Yelp & Google of where to go instead of Vivida for your dermatology needs. From their $50 "consultation fee", which was supposed to be applied to a Service, however it was Not applied to my $800 service/bill. The $800 initial Botox treatment was not only over priced, it was insufficient & i had to return for Another $700 treatment within 2 weeks (i dont know Anyone who has spent $1,500 recently on just Botox) Both visits resulted in a botched injection, causing a dime sized discolored bump that took weeks to subside. Even after botching the initial treatment, there wasn't as much as an apology, let alone discount, when being told i needed the 2nd treatment (which Also resulted in a 2nd discolored, smaller bump) Vivida scheduled another follow-up for me & since i did not want to be charged for any more services & i didnt want to potentially have a 3rd "issue"/bump, i decided not to make it to the follow-up when a work matter came up. Vivida has continued to hound me for a $25 "missed appt" fee, even after messaging them all of this information. I have now Paid their "fee" and will never return again (not even for the snacks)

Once I learned the owner was who I'm working with and had seen the day before for the consult, I was more than good but then they made up a story about having an emergency (not true) and cancelled my appt a few hrs before I was supposed to go in. Bummer. When I asked to reschedule they were acting off and told me their "system was down." (Not true again.) I suspected I made Sasha uncomfortable by the time I got to her initially after speaking to their call center that claimed they were the front desk but Sasha confirmed they were not. I'm from the east coast so admittedly my tone may have been a bit direct after she said I was meeting with the injector I met with previously. I told her I've never been injected by anyone there before. What she meant is it's with the same woman I met with during my previous consult the day before. Slight miscommunication. No big deal. After feeling off about what I was trying to get clarity on, around credentials of my injector since new to their business, I decided to text the apology below to preempt any possible misunderstanding. (Long green photo below.) I then called after a couple hrs of not hearing back about the new date and they blocked my number which I only knew because it was a busy signal & who gets a busy signal in 2025? So odd. I then get a text below refusing to work with me. This whole experience is so unfortunate. I was actually excited about having the privilege of working with the owner and was going to move all my Botox appts over to them etc. The only thing that makes sense is they've worked with some difficult clients and for some reason I reminded them of someone who might have been a past nightmare client. Have never been treated like this in my life. God forbid a new patient wants to know who their injector is since new to area and doesn't know who "Michelle" (owner) is when asking for their last name and credentials etc.
