Molly was fantastic! I was able to get an appointment same-day. Will definitely go back!

Julia and Molly are Excellent!!! Will definitely be back!!!! Thank you ladies. We Loved it , my back, neck and feet thank you.

Responding to the manager comment: I usually will let things go but since you want to clear up the confusion let me tell you again how things really went which you didn't address. I was there a little before 10am for my appointment and no one was there so don't say you open at 10am when the spa was completed dark and doors were locked. I had never had a massage where I had to pay for services and tip before hand. And thank goodness I didn't because why in the hell would I tip someone who was talking to someone with their earbuds on during my massage and not focusing on the customer, how professional is that?!? If I'm going to tip someone $20-40 which you required then I expect a good services. This is the worst spa experience I ever had. read more

Molly and Julia were wonderful and recommended that you come see them. You'll get one of the best massages in town‼

Inside it looks old outdated and falling apart even the floor feels like it's dipping in in some places, everything looks dirty, and messy. The massage table didn't even have a proper hole for my face, she had to roll up a few towels and put it in a circle in order for me to be able to breathe. I got a deep tissue massage that cost $150 plus tip and it felt like the person was just pressing on my body versus actual massage. For 150 I'd like a nice clean, atmosphere, instead it feels like I was in some back alley massage parlor.. my masseuse was very nice but that's the only positive thing I can say about it, way overpriced. read more

Molly was amazing! I didn't have high expectations because it was a free massage I had offered but Wow was i wrong! I wish the beds were heatable but all else was just amazing! I get lots of massages and this was one of my top 3 ever had. Ask for Molly, you wont be disappointed. I did the one hour deep tissue. read more

Lovely place! I was in the area for a wedding and desperately needed a massage They were able to get me an appointment at the last minute. My massage therapist was amazing and listened to my concerns. I tipped her 30$ read more

The atmosphere here was calm and peaceful, which helped me relax immediately. The massage therapist was skilled and focused on the areas that needed the most attention. The waiting time was slightly longer than expected, but the quality of the massage made up for it. read more

Moley was the best and so good with her hands. I had alot of tension in my back and legs and she did wonderfully. I left with no tension

Had a lovely 60 minute massage with Sophia. She checked for the right amount of pressure each step of the way. Opted for the deep tissue up charge and finished with the hot stones (the best part)! Thank you again and I hope to be back soon! read more

Nice clean spot. Easy to make a reservation or walk in. Well rounded massage. Recommended!

I was very stiff following a long flight to Las Vegas and thought a massage would help. I made a reservation and when I arrived, Sheri took great care to make sure that the treatment would be focused on my trouble areas and suggested some additional treatments which I agreed to. Jenny also helped provide the services I agreed to which included a facial and a scrub. In the end, I was glad they suggested the extra services. The massage was very relaxing, took care of my stiff legs, and I felt awesome after. Would highly recommend Sheri and Jenny! read more

My husband and I went in for a 60 minute full body deep tissue couples massage. They rescheduled Then they didn't start our massage together. They kept leaving the room for supplies. Constant conversation and background noise. The rooms are open ceiling. Also construction somewhere in the building. I left feeling unrelalexed.and disappointed. read more

Do not understand the great reviews. This place is a scam. We booked a couples massage and asked for a Swedish message. When we got there, she asked what type of massage we wanted. We specified Swedish, and she said give me your hand. She applied rubbed my hand and said is the pressure ok, since it was soft, I said that's what I wanted. Then she tried to tell us that it would be a deep tissue. We then looked at each other and said that's deep tissue?! It was literally the lightest rub ever. She pushed us to pay for a deep tissue and I told her adamantly we want a Swedish. No pressure needed and that's when she finally said ok. We had to pay in advanced which isn't preferable but ok. We asked to use the restroom but apparently the restroom is outside and required a code so she pushed us to our room. The massage was basically someone rubbing oil quickly on our backs. When we were done, we tipped (definitely more than they deserved) and ran out. Do NOT recommend and will NOT be returning. read more

Very professional and relaxing massage and a great value for the services they provide such as the hot stones and essential oils.Julia and the rest of the staff are very skilled as they will find and relieve any tightness or kinks making you feel completely rejuvenated. We'll worth the visit. Mahalo ! read more

Make an appointment through the number first. And expect an amazing massage! My body felt like it received a tune up.

Found NV Spa on Google and YELP. Even counting the taxi from the strip to downtown it was a good value. 90 minutes of heavenly relaxation and therapy. Exactly what I love in a massage-Molly had that instinctive touch which showed her where and when to apply more or leas pressure. Clean calm ambiance. Easily located upstairs at the El Cortez Casino. I highly recommend this spa. read more

We had an amazing massage at NV spa today. My husband and I got a couples massage. Shari and Julia were absolutely incredible therapists! We went with the 90 minute and still wished for longer. The value is unbeatable as well and if you have an El Cortez players card you get an additional $10 off. If you are looking for an ultra luxury high end spa this is not it. If you are looking for an incredible massage with great therapists at an amazing value, this is 100% your place. I only wish we were staying longer so we could go back! read more

These people want the tips by force from customers. I had a bad experience with them. I did my massage and when wanted to leave I ask the employee to give me the key for restroom and she was saying ''you need to pay the tip then you can go to restroom". I paid $5 tip and she was like no pay me 15-20$. when I refused to pay she behaved so bad and didn't let me go to the res room and said go out read more

The appointment process was super easy. The receptionist was a little pushy wanting me to add a tip before the service. She was needs more training on customer service in my opinion. Sherry saved the day. Excellent massage. If Sherry leaves this place will be in trouble read more

I came to Las Vegas for a visit and decided I needed a massage. I get regular massages at home, so I thought about waiting until I got back home. I just didn't want to try a new place and be disappointed. I tried NV Spa only because it was the closest to my hotel. I had no idea I would receive one of the best deep tissue massages I ever had. Julia did an outstanding job, especially on my back, which was stiff beforehand. I left feeling great. I definitely recommend NV Spa and I will be back. Thanks again Julia. read more

Julia was great. Used just right amount of pressure. Very relaxing. my first visit was pleasant.

This is the second time I have been at this facility and had Sherry help me. I came up here after a fall and messed up my knees and ankle and my leg. She was able to work on the spots I requested. The pain level went down. She's the only one that I can talk to over there as when I went the previous day I could not communicate with one of the girls in there so I waited specifically for Sherry to help me. She's always very nice and also very friendly and really listens. read more

nice clean facility. Massuess, Sheri was awesome! She has strong hands and was tuned in to me enough to understand when I was not comfortable despite my best attempt to hide it. I'll be back next time I'm in town. Heck, I might be back before I leave town read more

I was relaxed as soon as I entered the door. The soothing music and calming ambience was very welcoming. Molly provided the best and deepest massage I have ever had. She was checked on pressure from time to time and it was perfect! Walk on your back and toe pressure amazing. Also highly recommend spending the extra bucks for sugar scrub and essential oils. Please ask for JENNY. I see her every time i come to Vegas. She gives a wonderful full body massage while giving extra focus to areas of need. She incorporates stretching and compressions, as well as exfoliating foot scrub. She is a nurturing person. Ask for JENNY. One thing I will say they should askfor a tip AFTER massage. How can you rate the performance before experiencing it? read more

Jenny was amazing. Felt so good and relaxed just what I needed after a long day of travel!

I live across the street, so I figured I'd try out the spa services at El Cortez. Positives: Very reasonable prices, especially for a hotel spa. Comparable to local Asian-style massage prices in Vegas. My massage was good and my masseur was very nice. Negatives: the individual massage rooms are only sepeated by cheap partitions that don't go all the way up to the ceilings, so you can clearly hear everything that's going on in the small spa--people entering and exiting the spa (a door bell and chime ring whenever this happens), any conversations the receptionist is having, what the clients and masseurs in neighboring rooms are talking about, even the masseur next door slapping the body of the client nearby. It makes it very awkward and hard to relax-despite receiving a good massage. . If that sort of thing doesn't bother you, then this place is a great find. If ambiance matters to you, maybe pay extra and go elsewhere. read more

Jenny was amazing. Thank you so much! I went for a one hour massage. I texted the number and made a same day appointment. Jenny worked on my problem areas so well. The pressure was perfect. I always pay cash at salons to not have to worry about card fees. Overall wonderful experience. I will definitely be back when I'm here again. read more

Sheri was AMAZING!! Really listen to my concerns and concentrated on the areas I was having problems with. She was a 10/10!

I had great experience with Sheri. I had a facial also a massage. Wonderful and would highly recommend going and requesting her (Sheri)

Pro: Took me as a same day walk-in. Cons: Felt pressured to pay for and tip BEFORE my "spa" service began. Also, didn't feel I had a choice to decide my tip amount, was basically told by the therapist "$20, okay". I initially said $10 due to not knowing how well the service was gonna be and then amended to $15 after the host and the therapist said something to each other in their native language and the therapist pulled out the "suggested" tip amount list, with $15 being the lowest. They kept saying $20, to which I just acquiesed in order to get my session rolling. Also, there were no questions asked as to the type of massage I wanted, paperwork about my medical health or if I had problem areas to focus on, or liability disclaimers. I paid for an hour full-body massage and then face mask. (Felt pressured to add additional services - body scrub, essential oils, longer massage time - to which I repeatedly declined.) The massage felt mediocre - the therapist spent 30 mins on my back with the last few mins with hot stones, then the next 20 mins putting my face mask on and rubbing (not massaging!) my legs, feet, arms, and hands. She left the door open in between runs for towels, water, and the stones. She kept offering to add "30 more minutes" (which I repatedly declined), body scrub, and longer foot massage. The therapist also seemed to need acknowlegement that the massage "is good" and "relaxing". Overall, my experience was 50 minutes long. The online reviews about this Spa are mostly positive, which is why I came by. Perhaps today was not an ordinary day. read more

It was alright. Charged extra pre massage for firm pressure then got light/med pressure. Charged $2 on a $120 massage for using credit card. Very narrow minded. We heard all the noise from the lobby, and when people walked by our room. I'd only go back again if it was fully comped! read more

Sheri gave an amazing massage. Very knowledgeable and a great person to talk to. One of the best massages I've had in a long time.

First time massage, Julia wes great, walked me thru the procedure. Massage was excellent, very relaxing. Would recommend.

Went in for a nice quick massage and left rejuvenated thanks to Molly! I will be coming back the next time I visit Vegas .
