I knew vivida had multiple locations and thought I would give them a try again. This location is clean and staff were friendly. I was seen promptly on time without feeling rushed during my appointment, and everything I had questions about was gone over in detail. I also thought the out of pocket cost for what was considered cosmetic was a reasonable cost considering I can return at no charge if they need to zap the areas again. My only complaint is while I do appreciate that they use reusable fabric to sit on on the table and drape you with ( I love sustainable choices), they washed it in a scented detergent. I'm very allergic to scented detergent, and as a Drs office that probably sees a lot of contact dermatitis, that seems like a a negligent decision. I had to wait while they searched for something that didn't totally set off my asthma. What I sat on still was a bit stinky but not as strong, and I noticed soon after a rash pop up. Even before meeting her, she already sent me some skincare tips regarding facial yoga. Summer truly embodies her name; she is a bright soul who's passionate about her work. I remember my first session when she introduced herself and told me that from now on, I'm going to be like a daughter to her and she kept her word. She spent a lot of time explaining everything she does and the reasons behind her method, tailoring the treatment to suit my skin type and needs. She has a bubbly personality so it's always a fun time when I see her :) As a new client, you will have to make a $50 deposit to secure your appointment and she takes pictures/videos of your skin to use for comparison after each treatment. My first treatment with her was the "The Original" Acne" or Pigmentation Extreme. In truth, I was hesitant on booking the service because of the hefty price tag but she had a free upgrade promotion from the Poor Man Acne Extreme ($300) to the "The Original" Acne" or Pigmentation Extreme ($500) so I decided to go for it. I never had microdermabrasion or microneedling done before so I was nervous about the pain. However, the microdemabrasion didn't hurt at all while the microneedling pain was very tolerable. Note - you do have to pay extra for the needle which I think it was ~$75. Typically when you get a service done, after care is on you to handle. Well Summer goes above and beyond and provided me a post-treatment kit (beauty water, 2.5 pH water, some other samples) with a detailed step-by-step instruction (text & on paper). Yes, you do have to purchase some of the other after care items on your own but they're not expensive. She also provides recommendations and sent me pictures of the products she used that I enjoyed so I can look them up in my spare time. My second treatment was the Two Day Medium/Deep TCA Chemical Peel ($300) which occurred after my honeymoon. I peeled a lot like Summer said I would around my entire face for about 1-1.5 weeks. I noticed a huge difference after this peel. My skin was soft and less textured. All my skincare products applied beautifully on my face like it was a brand new canvas. You receive a complimentary facial if you share progress photos with Summer too! I got another chemical peel ~ a month later but felt like I didn't peel as much and the results weren't as drastic as the first peel. I also got a 25 mins red light LED therapy to help with the redness because my skin was sensitive and often turned red at every treatment. I got my free JLO Experience facial within a week after my 2nd chemical peel which was very nice. The Jessner peel she used helped reduced my inflammation tremendously. That was my last official treatment but Summer provided me her upkeep recommendations. All in all, my time with Summer spanned over 3 months and it was 100% worth it. She did recommend I see a dermatologist to treat my acne issue. If I did that concurrently while seeing Summer, I know my results would have been much more amazing but with my acne aside, I can't recommend Summer enough!

I believe that they do offer them as well though. They have a menu of various options. I would suggest calling and asking for explanations and suggestions. Very clean place with nice treatment rooms. Nothing extraordinary, but they are comfortable. Treatment rooms were private. Massage tables were not very soft or heated (which is what we were all use to). Once had the massage knew why they were not heated or soft. We were greeted immediately by a friendly hostess who gave us paperwork to sign. We were taken back quickly and our services started right away. Two of us got 2 hour massages, and the other did an hour massage along with a facial and a scrub. All were good. I would suggest asking for light pressure, especially if not use to Thai massage. They do lots of stretching first before they get into the actual massage part. Friendly people and reasonable prices ($159 for a 2 hour massage). Much cheaper than places along strip, which is why we went there. I started off with a acne/skin consultation with Jane and this facial consisted of a cleanse, exfoliation, facial steam, extractions, light therapy, and other services based on your skin's needs. I had a lot of acne/congestion in my skin so it definitely was a little raw after my first facial, but as I've been a regular, my skin has adapted to and heals much better after the service. Jane's extraction technique is amazing and she spends the time looking at every single pore on your face and extracting which reduces the amount of acne breakouts that I get in between sessions. Jane also gives really helpful advice on what your skin concerns are and provides recommendations (products/lifestyle changes) that can help target those skin conditions. The best advice I could give as someone who has spent time and energy trying to build a routine is to go at it slow (don't change your routine too often and give your skin the time it needs to adjust) and maintain your expectations especially if you have combination skin like me.
