I am filing legal action against this fake establishment!! None of these people have real massage therapy experience, they injured my lower back in a serious manner, I'm having difficulty walking due to the back injury from the "massage". My spouse also had a terrible experience there. Poor customer service, and very pushy front desk lady, who continued to walk in and out of our room during "massage" while we were basically naked. No privacy, no quality, massage, causing injury, disrespectful, and a scam!!! My lawyers are already on this, we're going to sue the shit out of them because I can actually prove that all of these things occurred and that they caused injury that was not there before. read more

Well if you know you know ... when it comes to las Vegas and massages it is a true hit and miss. Tonight this was a hit for me.. I literally had to walk out of another session in another spa next door and tried them for the first time. I saw Jack and he was very attentive to a much needed combo swedish / deep tissue massage. The locations rooms are a little small and maybe not as plush as other locations but the staff was kind and for the record I am African American. Now, again this was my personal experience but I know every therapist isn't the same. I'll be back. Oh by the way Don't add time as it will be more expensive than if you decide your time before.. this was my fault so adding 30 min cost more than if I did 120 from the start just fyi . read more

Went in late night/early morning for a 60 min deep tissue after work and walked out probably 10-15 mins mid massage because the masseuse fell asleep leaned over on my back SMH. First time she started snoring I kindly asked if she was falling asleep and she tried to play it off as "this is deep tissue, I'm pressing your back" I'm not new to this, as a former athlete and now professional dancer I get massages regularly. Anyways I let her continue the massage and then it happened again, leaning on my back SNORING. I walked out and didn't ask for a refund (had to pay prior to massage) cuz I'm also tired and simply don't feel like arguing with someone half asleep. I understand it's an odd time but don't advertise 24/7 and have employees if they cannot deliver!! The massage person went in and out of the room a couple times. Emily did an amazing job. I woke up yesterday with an unbearable pain in my shoulder and neck. I couldn't even turn my neck left because of the pain. After soaking and self massaging, I woke up and the pain continued on and even worse. I looked up a massage place that was open 24/7 since a lot of places aren't open at 9 AM. This was the worst massage experience I have ever had. It ruined the end of what should have been a beautiful Valentines night. We called ahead to see if they could accommodate a couple. They assured us they could. Upon arrival, after waiting 10 minutes for someone to come out from the back, they again told us they could provide the service. My husband requested not to have male masseurs for either of us and, and the woman said okay. After getting undressed and lying on the tables, in walks a male. My husband was obviously displeased but the woman tells him that the male was professional and very good and would not be inappropriate. Since we were already in a state of undress, we decided to move forward with the service. Before beggining, my husband confirmed that his massage would be done by a woman. The woman said yes, oh yes no worries. So we both tried to relax and enjoy the experience. Well that didn't happen, their cell phones were ringing, the other employees were talking outside the door very loudly and the door was constantly opening and closing. The worst part was that the massages were PAINFUL! The person dug into my foot so hard I had to ask him to stop more than once. Also I was freezing! i have had many massages and I know that you keep the parts covered that you are not working on. That didnt happen and my body parts were exposed while they were working on a different part. I had goosebumps! No one can relax when they're that cold. I don't know who these people were, but they were NOT professional! But the most horrifying event was yet to come because at the end of what was supposed to be a 90 minute massage, the lights come on and there were 2 men in the room! They switched the masseurs in the middle of the service!!! My husband was livid and I spent the next 10 minutes trying to calm him. On our way out they had the audacity to ask for a tip! It took 4 days for the pain and bruising to subside. We will NEVER go back! and we don't recommend anyone to ever go here. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE read more
