Weeks went by any when we contacted Shannon, she completely ghosted us. We've been unable to photograph the basement nor show the basement to prospective tenants or buyers. I have called her and text her for 6 days straight and she has yet to respond or even text back which is terrible service and experience. The locksmith will cost a lot of money to fix.
