The goal for each contestant was to pick the door with the best prizes inside. Two of the doors, however, were losers. Like that show, no one wants to open a garage door only to find clutter and mess lurking inside. I surely don't, but that's what I've done all these years. Every time I opened the door, I felt like a losing contestant. It was a mess. My wife and I resolved to put an end to that disappointment and made the decision to have our garage and patio floors coated with an easy clean and aesthetic surface. We called three companies for estimates and after all three providers gave us their quotes, we chose Tailored Living for our job. We also decided to have cabinets installed to hide the clutter. We were hoping for a beautiful, clutter-free project and they EXCEEDED our expectations. From beginning to the end, Tailored Living provided premier customer service. We made an appointment and they were ON TIME which is a rarity nowadays. The estimator, Keaton, was professional, wore a protective face covering, LISTENED to what we wanted, surveyed the project area and then provided a free estimate for the total project. We gave them our time-line for the project, they calendared us and before we knew it, the start day had come. It was a three-day process to coat the floors with a resinous flooring system called PremierNX. They offered around 10 different choices of coloring which consist of different colored flakes that are incorporated into the resin for an easy clean-up floor. The first process was to "grind" or smooth the cement. I was concerned about cement dust flying all over the place, but their grinding machines are equipped with a vacuum hose that sucks the dust into a bag. To my surprise, there was absolutely no discernible cement dust anywhere. The second process was a first coat of adhesive and a layer of colored flakes. The next day, they came and vacuumed the flakes that didn't stick and then covered the floors with the resin. It was so beautiful. Our garage went from the ugly duckling on the block to a beautiful swan (pardon the analogy but I think you get the picture). The cabinets were then installed and voila, our dream became a reality. This business offers services for floor coatings, concrete staining, floor polishing, decorative overlays as well as patterned and textured concrete. In our minds, we will only recommend this company for these kinds of jobs. Well Done! You've EARNED two devoted fans. You're the BEST!

She said she was running late and to expect her in 1 1/2 hour. Never showed up. I wanted to have my new house cleaned before my furniture and belongings arrived the next day. If you can't keep appointments you should at least have the courtesy to call or not accept the job in the first place.
