Upon completion, there was only about 1/3 of the specific things asked for that were remotely addressed. When I inquired about it, there was nothing but excuses as to why it wasn't done properly. There was never an offer to rectify the problem. When photos of proof were sent, the denial and excuses continued. I was told I was being too picky. The pictures attached are AFTER the "cleaning".
