They were timely in getting back to me. On the day of the appointment, they were punctual and arrived on time. It took them about 3.5-4 hrs. Sonya made suggestions on what cleaning products I should use and how to properly maintain them. I had been using bleach products, which she suggested I no longer use. Instead she recommended clear or light colored products. They offer a one-year warranty so I called them a few days later as I needed them to come out to touch up a few spots. They kindly did so and it looks perfect now. I haven't seen our grout and caulk look this good since we purchased our home in 2015. Thank you to Sonya, Josh, and their son!

David then said the owner would call me about a resolution but he never did. I called and left David a follow up message, asking him to call me but he ghosted me. They showed up on time for the installation and went about the installation in an efficient and professional manner. The chimney needed a new cap and they fabricated a temporary on the spot and returned a week later with a permanent cap. Our flame height was not modulating and Billy's replaced a part and now it works perfectly. What I really liked about their service is that they were able to to the replacement without me having to remove the entire hearth. I had reservations about switching to gas (I've been splitting firewood for 45 years) but could not be happier--both with the product and with Billy's.
