She has a really great eye and an attention to detail that a second to none. I mean she even will iron and steam, the wrinkles out of the tablecloth's to make sure, everything looks perfect. Try to get your wife to do that. I have been rehabbing houses for over 20 years and I pay great attention to detail and spend money and things that I know Buyers will want to make sure it is taken care of, and I focus there. And I probably would've made a lot more money and I've been affiliated with someone like Denise earlier in my career. Because you can rehab a house and make it look like a brand new house, but people will still miss the vision. staging is what new home builders do to sell dirt. Most people don't even realize that their house will never look like the model, but the model is what people because they buy with their eyes. Denise makes sure you fall in love with what you see, she understands that buying a house is an emotional decision justified by logic, every scene has to be perfect. She knows that in order for Buyers to get in the house they have to see great pictures and those great pictures can't happen without her attention to detail her prices are extremely reasonable, especially for the return you get I will definitely be using Denise for as long as I'm selling houses here in Maryland and Washington DC.

Dan accommodated our schedule and was good about helping us make informed decisions. Because of Dan, we enjoyed the process of designing our bathroom. When it was time for the renovation, with confidence we turned the keys to our home over to the Kenwood team. Kenwood posted the calendar for the renovation in our home so we always knew what was planned for each day and which trades would be in our home while we were away at work. Occasionally we'd run into the subs and everyone was friendly and professional. For the most part, we came home at the end of the day to see the work that had been completed and to find that they had done a nice job cleaning up the affected areas of our home. We're looking forward to doing our next remodeling project with Kenwood! Kenwood was communicative, transparent, collaborative and reliable. Our bathroom remodel completed on schedule and we love it. Then used a knife to remove it... which further destroyed it. They sent a drunk employee to install fixtures, who used a wrench and scratched our custom fixtures which we had waited 7 weeks to be produced. They mixed cement with a drill gun mixer in our bedroom, which coated everything in our bedroom with a thick layer of dust. They used two different color grouts for the tile in the shower. Zero management of employees. Do NOT use this company.
