It then takes someone who can handle a client with lots of baggage (no puns intended.) Entered Rhea and Richard. My goodness they were absolutely incredible. After they left (with TONS of bags - how did I have that much stuff? I don't know, maybe I don't want to know, but yeah I know exactly why it is so), I stayed in the room for a long time just taking in how much nicer it is after they've done their magic. Some part of me wanted to cry, but I was smiling ear to ear. It helps a lot to know that they do donate a bunch of the stuff, that everything doesn't have to go to a landfill. And they take them away for you! What else could one ask for? Thanks Rhea and Richard!!

I had never worked with anyone like Danni and while I had a to-do list of important but weighty things that never got done, I didn't know what to expect. As a senior citizen, I find those tasks which would have been easier for me when I was younger more challenging. After 44 years of accumulating a variety of clothing in Boston, I needed to downsize. The idea of sorting and organizing 18 full bags of clothing by myself was daunting. Lead organizer Gloria met me and helped me go through those bags in record time (2 hours). I wouldn't have believed it possible. She was professional and compassionate. I ended up keeping two bags of clothing and she took away the rest in her car and arranged for them to be properly donated. Organizing Boston also sent me a receipt for the bags of items that I had donated. Professional efficiency combined with compassion was my experience in working with every aspect of Organizing Boston. What I thought would be a nightmare Gloria told me was fun for her. She definitely made it easy for me. I would highly recommend this group.
