They can tailor the job around your budget as well. Once a quarter, we try and do a deep clean in the house and really focus on certain things, which is great! I also heat with a massive stone fireplace so dust is a real big issue, but they really keep it at bay! I can recommend them highly and without reservation.

When other contractors said restoration of a rather elaborate front porch was hopeless, Len approached the job with a quiet confidence that only comes with years of experience. The results were incredible and exceeded all my expectations. I truly appreciated his ability to effectively convey information and explain complex issues in an easy to understand manner. His timely and reliable communication was so refreshing. When he said he would call, he called and when I called or texted him, he responded immediately. Southern Tier Residential also successfully addressed several other major structural issues including rotting floor joists and beams and a disintegrating chimney with the same commitment to quality, reliability, and professionalism. I highly recommend Southern Tier Residential for all restoration and structural issues. Definitely a 5 star rating!
