Ordering is seamless using the Prime app. Store is always clean and various buffet offerings are available for lunch and dinner so overall a great store to visit! Service is always pleasant as order pickup is always timed and on-time. Parking is not bad either. Highly recommend!

I genuinely do not like this place, like... at all! This…read moreplace has terrible quality food, the watermelons we bought today were very poor quality, even Costco has much better quality watermelons than this! The apricots and fruit we bought were disgusting! They looked like they have been ripped apart or dry! The service is not that great, the staff seem way more careless than they were before! The bathrooms are rarely even clean, I respect the janitors for their bestest effort, but for the rest of the day they were terrible! In fact, it was as bad as the hiking bathrooms how they were full of crap, and it was one of the worst bathrooms ever, and I would consider this also one of THE HELL WORST BATHROOMS EVER! The worst customer care service, whoever is not looking after the bathroom please freaking clean it up! I will rate this place a two out of ten! Despite the okay bathrooms in the morning only, there's nothing good I can say about this! So yeah, this review is short, but I would rather have some place that makes me feel so terrible than a service that's just unintentionally bad! Terrible service, poor quality fruits and food products, and disgusting bathrooms most of the time! I sincerely hope I never have to come back here with my grandma ever again! It's infuriating how this place never ever consists of quality appetite ever! And I just hate that! I am not a huge fan of Whole Foods but I used to like it back then for some reason! And I do hope you guys can improve desperately because I'm not coming back here until I see changes!

I rarely go to this Whole Foods because I never liked the staff…read more But I was in the neighborhood and strapped for time so I did my weekly shopping here. It was pretty empty and I got a carriage full of food quickly. First compliant -- Young guy working in the store, pushing a cart around, almost hit me. He didn't say excuse me ... No, I did. I apologized to myself on his behalf. LOL! Second complaint -- Nasty cashier. There was NO ONE at Cashier #3, so I approached. The woman let out a sigh. I said, "Oh, you're busy" (she wasn't) and I went to go somewhere else. She insisted I go there, yet the tension was so thick you could cut it with a knife. THEN the lady behind me, the cashier was very pleasant too. I think that qualifies as being rude and judging someone without knowing them? I think so. WEIRDO. Third complaint -- The green onions were rancid! The color did look off, and I tasted them -- disgusting! I can't stand this store. It's a waste of a beautiful store because the workers here are obviously incompetent. They can't get rid of groceries that are bad. No one here likes to work. This is the worst Whole Foods in the state of New Jersey. Gross!

The best cakes here are the tiramisu and the tres leches. They do have cheaper than average organic milk (but check the expiry dates) and they have a good food bar (mac & cheese and the wings are a good choice usually, and the curry usually smells delicious) but at $12/lb, it can be expensive if you aren't careful.

The oils and vinegars here are very nice and available to sample which I love. But the woman who…read morewas working there was not the friendliest person despite asking if I needed any help. In a customer service environment, warmth goes such a long way and that wasn't at all the experience here. The reason I'm writing this review though is this. They will offer to wrap 2 to 3 bottles for you if you're giving for a gift, but will not tell you you're paying for the box, or that because they're putting it in a box, you'll then pay tax for it. I didn't realize until I got home and happened to notice on the receipt. Eg. She put 2 small bottles in a box. They are normally $15.95 each and not taxed (food item). Once she put them in a box, the price went up over 20% higher to $20.23 each. Charge what you'd like as a business, but perhaps consider transparency for your customers. This felt deceitful, which is irksome when you're already paying a premium for the products. I purchased the Sicilian lemon white balsamic and tangerine balsamic for myself, (both were very nice and smooth) and 2 others as a gift. Total was $91.04 for 3 small bottles and 1 medium bottle. Parking: If you're not familiar with the parking situation in Westfield, it's not great. There is a pay lot across the street that's priced reasonably (bring quarters), and if you come during the week it shouldn't be long before a spot opens up. Expect to circle the area to find parking if you're coming on a weekend. Products are good but not sure if I'll return. Honest practices and friendly service really means a lot to me.
