I said 1:00 on Saturday, but I wanted to speak on the phone beforehand to discuss her pricing before she came over to my place. This was all through text. I was nice and respectful. She never called me. Then she texted me that the treatment was $185 per person. I attached her advertisement of services in my text to her to understand her pricing. My understanding, see below, that the second person was extra $10.00 with checking for lice with treatment. There is no indication that there will be an extra $185 charge. I asked her to please call me, so I could understand. Also my hubby needed to be checked. I asked her was that $10 or $30? I was confused. I also wanted to talk to confirm she was coming the next day for sure at 1:00. I texted. No answer. I called, and asking nicely for a callback, telling Jill about the urgency, because I have lice and my little boy has them. I was more concerned for my little boy than myself, but we both needed to be treated. Then after all of my effort to get a response, she text messaged me at 7:30 at night letting me know to get someone else. I couldn't believe what I was reading from my text. I was always nice, respectful, and not rude in anyway in the calls and texts. I am including her pricing that is on Jill's webpage, so you can decide if her pricing is confusing. We were so grateful it hadn't spread to anyone else in our household. Unfortunately, most mobile clinics only perform an oil treatment that kills live lice, not the eggs! An egg was missed during the combing process and two weeks later we found a bug and a few eggs in our daughter's hair, along with eggs in my husband's and son's hair. I texted Jill late in the evening, and she was at our house the next afternoon. Jill performs a heated dehydration treatment to ensure none of the lice eggs survive, a comb-out to remove dead eggs and lice, and an oil treatment to suffocate any live lice that may have survived the heat treatment.
