Only for them to tell my doctor it was the best they could do and if not I just wouldn't ever have teeth again. Literally the most devastating news I've ever received. Worst customer service I've ever received and they were paid in full! I had a really bad experience with this company today, and their employees/owner really lacked serious accountability for something that was really important to me. I got some dental implants from them and saw the name of the company when we were opening up the box they came in. I remembered the name and tried googling them today. Glad I found this. This week was the 2 year anniversary of the day I almost died. I lost consciousness and whiplashed into the floor. My 4 front teeth where shoved into my nose and lips and shattered on impact. I have no recollection of what happened, and my life was changed forever in 22 minutes that I can't even remember. I've undergone 5 restoration surgeries and still have 3 more to go. The appointment to finally restore my teeth was set to be this past Monday, March 20th. The anniversary of the accident was the following day. I've developed several medical conditions throughout this process and deal with very serious PTSD and depression. Every month on the 21st, my body remembers the score it kept that day. This was supposed to be my first trauma anniversary without being sad because I was finally going to have my teeth back. That didn't happen. I drove to my doctor's office last week to see what the implants looked like and I didn't care for them at all. I'm replacing my four front teeth, so obviously they have to be as close to perfect as possible. We asked them if they could expedite a new pair by my surgery date and they said they could. This has been in the works since at least October when I had my first implants surgery. I planned this day months ago, and they were also given my original teeth that were recovered from surgery. There were never any issues prior to this, but my luck was the worst today. They were supposed to be delivered by 3pm yesterday. I drove an hour and a half to see them, then waited around for 4 hours while we tried to figure out what was going on. My dentist's office contacted them multiple times and couldn't get a response for hours. By the time he was able to reach them, it was almost 7pm. This was the second time I did that in 3 days, and is office is an hour and a half drive one way. I was so nervous the whole drive because it all seemed unreal. Not having teeth for 2 years has been the nightmare I never imagined having to live. Imagine the excitement of knowing you're finally going to get your teeth and life back. Only to have this company be 5 days late on the delivery deadline, with zero accountability or consideration. Then when I called, they had no answers and were offended that I called trying to find out what was going on. They said we needed to stop harassing them about it -- even after their receptionist admitted they were way past the due date and even she was confused. They said we can take it or leave it, or basically they would cancel the case and refund it completely. What kind of customer service is that? What type of human being in a medical field says something like that? And the company owners at that? Teeth may sound like no big deal, but try walking around with no front teeth as an adult and see how you like it. (Would not recommend) All I wanted was my teeth. I didn't even know what they were gonna look like, but I was praying they looked perfect. I have a business and I've been making a documentary about my accident for 2 years. This was supposed to be some of the most important footage. I told my family/close friends and everybody has been so excited for this week. Everyone is disappointed. I paid for a videographer, my hair, nails, and everything to get ready for the appointment that never happened. Today is Friday, March 24th, and I have no idea what's going on with my teeth because they were so rude yesterday. Amazing job, guys. Thanks for holding my life up and having such disregard for other human beings with disabilities

The entire team is always friendly, welcoming, and makes every visit feel comfortable. They've truly transformed our dental care. My husband has had multiple root canals and wisdom teeth extractions, and while those procedures are never painless, the team has always done everything they could to keep him comfortable. The improvement in his dental health since becoming a patient here has been incredible. They're thorough, professional, and the office is always spotless. The entire practice has a clean, modern, luxury feel. From check-in to scheduling appointments, everything is seamless and easy. We highly recommend Signature Smiles to anyone looking for a dental office that genuinely cares about its patients!

Jasmine, the receptionist, was always friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the process. I also felt comfortable and confident having Dr. Bebing work on my teeth. My previous bridge, which was done by another dentist in 1994, lasted more than 30 years before it finally became loose. Because of that, I decided to replace it with three implants. I started treatment in mid-December and completed the process in mid-May, receiving my molar zirconia crowns about five months later. The procedure went smoothly, and I am pleased with the final result. My only concern was that when everything was completed, I was asked to sign a document stating that the zirconia crowns were covered by only a one-year warranty, even though I had originally been told the warranty would be five years. Hopefully, that won't matter, and the implants, abutments, and crowns will last as long as my previous bridge. Overall, the staff was professional, and the experience was positive.

I came here last year because of their amazing reviews but I wouldn't trust this office too much…read more They were charging me close to 2k for dental work I didn't even need! Biggest red flag was when the doctor said he couldn't see on the x-ray if I had a cavity underneath my crown so he wanted to take off my perfectly good crown and disinfect the tooth. He said after 5 years a crown should be getting redone which isn't true at all. They were charging me 1,322 just for this procedure. Next, they were trying to convince me to get my bottom wisdom teeth removed. They said because it was creating a space which was collecting too much bacteria. They never asked if my wisdom teeth were bothering me, which they don't, and they were not even impacted. Very convenient for them that they were referring me to their sister office (smile builder) for the evaluation and extraction. Another high price procedure in addition to the 2k. Finally, they told me I had two small cavities and already scheduled me to get the fillings. That was 135. I told a family member who works in a dental office about all these procedures and she told me that was not normal and to get a second opinion. I went to a different dental office and the only procedure they agreed I needed was a deep clean. The crown was not even infected, it was just gum swelling and tartar buildup on a different tooth. The cavities and all my other dental issues would improve just with a deep clean and regular maintenance.

I honestly can't say enough good things about Image Dentistry in Moreno Valley. I've always hated…read moregoing to the dentist because I have a really low pain tolerance, and in the past I've had some bad experiences with other dentists around the Inland Empire that honestly made my teeth worse and left me scared to ever go back to any dentists. I was living with pain for a long time because I was too nervous to risk going through that again. But this place completely changed everything for me. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff made me feel comfortable. Nancy and Asuzena at the front office are super sweet, welcoming, and genuinely kind. They make everything smooth and stress free, and you can tell they truly care about patients. The dental assistants are just as amazing Victor and Karla always take care of me when I come in, and they are incredibly patient, sweet, and understanding. They make sure I'm comfortable the entire time and always check in on me, which means a lot. And Dr. Tedim I don't even know how to explain how great he is. He is incredibly patient, gentle, and kind. He takes his time, explains everything clearly, and makes sure you feel calm before starting anything. I've had fillings, crowns, and even root canals done here, and I genuinely did not feel any pain. That was something I never thought I'd be able to say about dental work. For someone like me who is super sensitive to pain and already anxious about dentists, this experience was honestly life changing. I finally feel like I can trust a dentist again. Hands down, this is the best and cleanest dental clinic I've ever been to, and I would honestly say one of the best in California. If you're scared of the dentist or have had bad experiences in the past, this is the place you need to go. I literally recommended it to all my family and friends. Go ahead and book your appointment with no hesitation, but please leave a spot for me lol.

I have been taking my daughter here for almost a year .Back in September 2025, which was her last…read morecleaning, I went up to the front desk to let them know my insurance was changing and when I receive my insurance card I will come in and update my information. The woman at the front desk told me I could just text them the information because it's "much easier" and so I sent a photo of the front and back on November 10, 2025. Fast forward to March 2026 I receive a missed call and voicemail from their office telling me that her insurance is terminated and do I have any other insurance? When I went into the office, I asked if they had my current insurance info and they still had my old insurance in the system. I asked Azusena (the lady at the front desk) how could that be..she said, "let me go into the texts....oh it looks like we just didn't download the images." Well now we've done x-rays and are ready to be seen by dr. Ted Im who we've never seen before so I thought he would at least look into his patients files before seeing them. He was surprised to see that my daughter wear Invisalign (thank you dr. Larson-Riverside specialist!!) and Dr. Im went into a ten minute lecture with an upset tone about how she needs to wear them everyday or her teeth will be messed up, she needs to brush better, maybe I should get her a water floss so she can be more consistent. So I asked "does she have cavities?" Because in my mind there must be a reason he's saying all this and he's response was "nope, no cavities " and then just walked out. After he walked out his assistant Karla said she would be doing the cleaning and used red toothpaste. As she's cleaning she is shaking her head and smacking her teeth like she is upset. She looked up and asked me if my daughters gum bleed a lot because she is seeing a lot of bleeding. I said that all I saw was the red toothpaste...she goes "well yes it is red but I am telling you she needs to brush better- there is too much bleeding" After that, I didn't even bother to make another appt. From the front desk not updating what only took ten minutes to verify (and that's upsetting because that would've been $357 charge straight to me) To the Dr. and assistant just being rude for no reason.
