My niece loves her teachers and we always get such happy pictures of her doing curriculum activities and playing with her friends.

This daycare is a joke, I currently had the opportunity to take advantage of free back up care though my job and I'd rather pay for a day care elsewhere that sanitizes daily and is actually open when I need care. KinderCare will close for the day and not send any notice. Also every time I pick up my daughter she is either feeling sick or her skin is breaking out. We almost enrolled our daughter here full time, but decided against it because after a few visits she kept getting sick. They have been shut down for positive COVID cases before so I should have known better. Also for whatever reason when we pick her up her baby eczema has broken out badly. As in deep red rashes, she comes out with her skin worse and new spots of dry areas. The staff have a bi polar attitude atmosphere going on, where they will be nice some days and other days seem extremely annoyed to be taking care of children. I'm disappointed in the way the business is being handled especially because it involves children. Do better Kinder-care, you're a chain business step your game up. read more

I wanted to send my 2 year old here because he was so bored at home. I was hoping he would get mentally stimulated here, have fun activities to do, make friends. I was very disappointed. I would bring him in, the children would have barely any toys whatsoever and the care was more like babysitting than actual childcare. I never saw any activities like painting, any true engagement with the children to stimulate them .. it was more like let's put out the same 15 toys and 15 books and let the children get on with it all day while we stand around. I asked the lady watching the children if there were any more toys as it was so derelict of stimulation for the children I wanted to donate a large collection my children's toys to this facility so the children had something to play with - it was that bad. She said there were more toys somewhere but all the cupboards and shelves were empty .. there was no evidence of any more toys than the handful that was out. I decided I would only put my child in there when I had things to do .. dentist appointments etc, because by this point I felt sorry for any child there. They must be bored out of their minds. And I feel sorry for any parent desperate enough to put their child in there because they have to go to work. After a few days there my child got sick, as children do when they first start childcare. He had a runny nose week in week out so I couldn't take him back until he was better. I paid my monthly bill even though he wasn't attending .. then one day this place just ghosted me. They didn't bill me for him to return .... I emailed them and asked what was going on because I thought it was unusual I hadn't received a bill and I was ready to pay. I never heard back from them. They just took me off their system and ghosted me with no warning .. no reply .. not even an explanation like 'If you want your child to keep coming he has to attend' .. there was nothing. I paid for a service he hardly used because he was sick and then they just took me off the system with no explanation, no warning, and totally ghosted me. This is not a professionally run daycare center. If you feel you have to put your child in this facility I feel compassion for you and your child. I truly do. read more

My kids have been at this KinderCare for about 7 months and I have to say they have been great, from communication to making sure I am informed with my children's daily activities/care. I am also happy to hear my children excited about all the new toys and activities they have been doing. They did advise me before that there were broken toys and pieces missing to certain activities so to know that they are always replenishing and making sure there is a safe and fun environment being provided is comforting. No child care is cheap but great child care is hard find. I haven't experienced the same things as the comment about teachers acting annoyed so I have to disagree with that. All of the teachers have made me feel very welcome and I'm glad to have my kids in their care. read more

My boys have been going to Kindercare Orem since they were infants. I have never had a concern with their teachers. However, the tuition rates keep going up which is extremely unfair for a single mom like myself. The director, who held the daycare together, has left. New employees are being hired. The daycare is NOT the same. The nw employees are not friendly and I feel that I cannot have a simple conversation with them without feeling like I am annoying them. They take care of my percious boys and it is extremely important that I have some sort of relationship with them, as any parent would feel! Prior to the director leaving, I strongly felt that the daycare was like family. Not anymore. Another frustration I have is that on numerous occasions, I have witnessed the daycare putting prefect good items into the dumpster! This infuriates me beyond belief. I have even told them many times that I will gladly take everything that is not wanted and donate it to the MANY of places that take donations. It is clear that they are unwilling to help the world in regards to homeless childern or whoever else could use the perfectly good items being thrown out. I don't want to take my boys out of the daycare because they have their friends and have grown with the other childern around them. But at this point, I will have to start looking elsewhere. My daughter absolutely loves it here and I love it as well they treat her like their own. They are super friendly and understanding it's like dropping your kid off with your sister or grandmother. read more
