However, their policy for warranty is one month only at time of purchase, there is no option to extend that warranty at all. In the meantime, we were given a rental car by them. They don't have many rental cars, so we had been waiting for it. We got a voicemail on Friday night that the car was returned and we picked up this car on Saturday. The service department is closed for nights and weekends. Chuck Colvin got us this rental car less than 24 hours from the previous renter. At first we were thrilled, but now we are receiving a bill from them claiming all this damage that we did not do. We only used this car to drive to work and back, as we are used to electric cars and hate paying for gas. We've never had to use a rental car before, and of course are realizing now we should have taken pictures. Now this company is trying to make us pay for damages that the previous renter must have acrued while they try to cover up that they didn't do a proper inspection. They tried to send us a rental agreement with just "none" written under damages out (when we picked up the car) and then attached pictures of the damage we did. No photos of what the car looked like before we picked it up, because there wasn't proper insection/protocals/pictures taken. We should not pay for their mistakes. Do not buy from them or rent a car from them. They are shady, to say the least.

When we received the vehicle the odometer was significantly more than what was stated through the sales process and in the signed contract. This is fraud. During the transaction they collected several thousands of dollars for the state sales tax and vehicle licensing fees, but took no action to send the title/registration/licensing paperwork and fees to the state MVD. Collecting these fees and failing to complete their contractual obligation constitutes theft and fraud. The roof rack was removed from the vehicle. They neither disclosed this fact or replaced the critical components required to properly seal the vehicle, therefore leaving holes in the roof which exposes the interior and electrical components to weather damage. This is a violation of the Oregon Unlawful Trade Practices Act. We approached these issues directly with the dealership and they have acknowledged that management has been made aware. However, they have failed to reply or contact us in anyway with a resolution plan. Therefore, we have submitted a consumer complaint through the Oregon Department of Justice Consumer Protection division as well as the Better Business Bureau. Do not purchase anything from this dealership. Based on other reviews that I have read about Tonkin Wilsonville Nissan, I am concerned that my experience may not be an isolated incident
