So I called Wednesday morning told them I'm having a another kid and need to upgrade maybe to a van they said come on down we ran your credit and trade in and we can put you in something your looking for. When I got there they said we have a 2012 impala we want to put you in. I said I need third row seating. They said that car can fit three car seats and that's your only option (pressuring me to get it). So after about fifteen minutes saying I want something else I finally agreed. Then after a hour of sitting there they said I was approved and gave me the keys and moved forward. Well the next day they called saying they need to do safety inspection and I needed to come back in. So I came back in. They guy said it should be ready by tomorrow take a loaner and you can leave your stuff in the car that I wasn't going to need for a day or so. So I left cash in the car, a nice new pair of wireless JBL Bluetooth head phone 200$ and a kashaw knife that was brand new for work. Well it took them 2 days to finish the inspection they called me Friday and said it's ready for pick up. I went there then the manager came out and said I'm not giving the car back unless you have a 1000 down today granted the written agree was I would pay in a week or so. Then he made me sign a piece of paper with a threating voice saying I had to sign or I would have to walk home and he would keep both of my cars. So I agreed. Then I told him ok I need to get stuff out of the impala. When i got the impala they literally stole all my belongings out of the front and said oh you didn't leave anything in there. And i said I had about 500$ dollars of stuff in the car. And the manager told me I shouldn't have left the stuff in there and I was a lair then he threating me saying If I don't leave he would personally remove me. So I said okay well thanks for lying and stealing my stuff and you can go fuck yourself and I will tell every what you did and try to save another family from going threw these scandalous lair and theives. So what ever you do don't shop here. They will lie and call you for a safety inspection and if they do don't leave anything valuables in the car even if they say it's okay!

I've had them work on regular maintenance for the car as well as some bigger fixes to keep my car running like new with over 150K miles on it.
