For 6 years I have given this business complete access to our home even when we were thousands of miles away. I trusted them! But unfortunately, the last time our windows were cleaned the job was not to our satisfaction as usual. I called Amy (best thing they have going!) and we schedule to have someone come back out to redo. The day of the cleaning I was still asleep at 8a when owner, Chris arrived instead of around 10a as was schedule. Aggressive, bitter and griping for the inconvenience of the hour drive (great way to wake up!), CHRIS MADE ME UNCOMFORTABLE IN MY OWN HOME! Months later Chris called to collect on an invoice we were late to pay sent via email. I provided payment over the phone. HE THEN THREATENED TO ADD A $100 TIP since he "had to" drive an hour to clean up a shotty job by HIS employees! When I questioned him and called him out on being professional Chris got more agitated to which point I hung up. He called back several times, left a message saying "You misunderstood me.
