As one can imagine, buying a new home and then coming to the learning we have things that need to be fixed ASAP is stressful and can have a financial impact. As we are new to the area, we put out some feelers and were introduced to Levi, Joel, Esther and Debbie at Left of Center. Levi and Joel came to the home to assess the issues. They provide feedback, direction, and options. They were patient, knowledgeable, communicative, and thorough. We brought the team on to repair an upstairs railing and balusters that was in disrepair and asked for a complete redesign. The LoC team worked with our schedules, came in and did an OUTSTANDING job! The work was not only impeccable but done with such care and attention to detail and in a timely manner. They really cared about our home and the work they were doing and left the area spotless; you would have never known they were here! My wife and I could simply not recommend Left of Center more. We will for sure be hiring them again and will do so with complete confidence!

I'd already taken care of the issue though. As I stated in the original review, all my contacts with any employee of this business has always been a pleasant experience. This episode was probably just a "one-off." I sincerely believe they want to do right by their customers. Changing my rating. I've used the company twice before. The first time was when they first started in the business. They showed up on time, were extremely professional and the cost was reasonable. Fast forward a couple years later and I use them again. Showed up on time, the employees were again very professional but the cost was considerably higher, especially since I had less stuff to remove than the first time I used them. OK, I get it. Costs go up, that's the way of the world. Recently called them again and am given a two hour morning window of when they will show up. No show, no call. Give them another hour before I have to leave. Of course about five minutes after leaving the house I get a text saying they will be there in about 10 minutes. I call them and tell them not to bother. The nice lady I spoke with offers to reschedule me. Nah, I'll take care of it myself. Being expensive AND not on time doesn't work me. Probably won't use them again.

Very well done by two/three enthusiastic, polite, friendly, hard-working gentlemen. A weakness in our new driveway revealed a great strength in Live Junkless' biz practices. The driveway buckled a few inches from the weight of the moving truck. Adam, team lead, had already called the city to trigger a repair. The City promptly determined the cement failure was on the private side. So, I assumed it was now an insurance dance. WRONG. Junkless immediately stepped up to take financial responsibility and the truck lessor did likewise. The property manager arranged a cement outfit so this will be repaired just 10 days after the driveway buckled like 6 others on our street. Junkless did business the way you want - from end-end!
