He gave an extensive report & photos showing our 1999 JEEP could not be on the road anymore as I was going through a divorce having medical bills I was forced to keep my jeep functioning but sadly the WI SALT RUSTED the underside frame. Mike then helped inspect a VAN we were considering from a private owner to ensure it was a good safe vehicle for the price/milage vs price having more knowledge & experience than we do as previously I bought vehicles from dealerships but being disabled on fixed income I can't be stranded nor had money for any surprised repairs. This was so helpful to us to make sure we invested our money into a used van that will meet our needs for $6600. He gave us knowledge to handle this transaction with the title & checked so we were not scammed as we experienced looking for a used vehicle on CRAIGSLIST....that seller was lying that we caught them scared us because we are struggling it is SAD to almost be harmed that MIKE'S ASSISTANCE took away so much stress that is priceless when disabled, poor & suffering other issues. We gave a TIP he did not want to accept but we insisted telling him to buy lunch for his staff or give them each a $20 bill as I said his kindness helped us so much that he /staff needed a little treat. I came in here to get a baseline of my "general health" to use towards fitness goals. They…read moredefinitely exceeded expectations here. The space is open, inviting and great. I worked with Judy who was very pleasant, thorough and provided a lot of knowledge. I did their intro special package which is the 3D body scan + DEXA scan. The 3D body scan is relatively simple to get your measurements. Pro tip: wear form fitting clothing. The process is about 5 minutes with the scan taking about 1 minute. I did the DEXA scan next which was maybe about 10 minutes long for the process, and about 5-6 minutes for the actual scan. Here's the lengthy part: absorbing the information. I'd say I have a basic foundation coming into this, but Judy was exceptional in providing me information that I needed to understand all the data. I'd say this is where you spend most of your time. Judy was NOT pushy at all in "selling." I think the information does that itself and I'm looking forward in seeing the comparison when I come back again to get tested (hopefully with the VO2 Max and RMR scan as well)!

Jessica was helping me this morning and she was wonderful. Helped you set up on the machine, give clear instructions, and and was really knowledgeable about all the information when you look over your stats. I bought one of the packages at a previous event and just had my first appointment! There are various packs to choose from depending on what you want. This session, I got the 3D Body Scan and the DEXA. The 3D Body Scan is very fast, less than 1 min. You stand on a rotating circular board and it's best to wear tight fitting clothes or strip to your bra/undies. TIP: If you have long hair, tie it up so you get your neck circumference accurately. After the scan, you'll get a PDF that shows your lots of body measurements and other items like body fat %. This is 100% accurate, as I saw after I got my DEXA results, but it's pretty darn close and gives you really good indicators. The DEXA is located in the back of the space and you lay down. The scan last about 10 minutes. The information you get is A LOT, but Jessica walks you through page by page, which is super helpful and lets you know what are the ranges you should strive to be in. This is definitely a good motivator for my fitness goals as for the next scan, I hope to see some difference!

The layout of the imaging suite I had was well designed and bathed with warm accent lighting. MRI machines are loud, so the technician offered ear plugs, head phones (with my choice of music) or both. I chose both enjoying some great 70's Eagles tunes to pass the time while the GE 3T MRI performed its magic. There was an issue getting my Doctor's imaging order communicated to MH Imaging, but that was not MH Imaging's fault. Once I got the order corrected and resent from my physician's office, the MRI image scan process went smoothly. I want to personally thank MH Imaging for making this State of the Art MRI technology available and price competitive vs. other Milwaukee area imaging options. I arrived about fifteen minutes late due to confusion with their multiple locations on the same street (Layton ave in Milwaukee)--there's another center just two miles away, which is an understandable mix-up. However, the receptionist showed no empathy or effort to understand the situation. When I tried to explain that I was in severe pain and needed to be scanned urgently and also drove 30 miles, she refused to listen, said 'I'm not gonna speak with you anymore' and 'I think you need to leave now.' She offered only 'I can get you in tomorrow' before turning her back on me. I'm sure I'm not the first patient to mix up the locations, especially since only the main facility shows up online. Not to mention she also condoned a hostile patients threatening behavior towards me. Their follow-up communications are also vague and don't even include appointment times. As a healthcare professional myself, I would never interact with patients this way and will not be sending my patients here. We are taught that, as healthcare professionals, patients come in to the facilities on some of the worst days of their lives and these employees showed no understanding of that. The staff could definitely benefit from training in patient interaction and professionalism. Better location clarity and proper follow-up are also needed of course.

Have had other offices ask me my name ask me everything as if they never saw me before. Tired of being treated like a random number. This office has the feel of a small family run business but the versatility of having a large corporate backing to get top notch equipment in the office. Today needed blood & papers for an upcoming procedure. They said they didn't have the papers, my other doctors office gave them faulty info, we left. I called the other office in the car en route another stop, managed to sort them out and have it faxed over to the clinic. Stopped at the clinic on the way home and they managed to squeeze in a few minutes with a nurse to grab the blood and a flash with the doctor to do the paperwork even though I was well past my appointment time today because the other office didn't send the papers to the right office. They'll go above and beyond to get things done if they can logistically handle it. Blood collection was easy and the nurse had my preferred type and gauge of needle, I know what needle my veins are good with because of how many blood drawings and procedural IV lines I have in a year. The overall clinic is a 5/5 except for when you have to do after hours answering service call ins. They tend to be a bit unreliable at getting the physician to phone back but they do eventually work after some prodding. Maybe the company will switch answering service vendors if they see more complaints about answering service problems.

Thank you, I know about my insurance and not one other medical place I've ever been has done this. The blood draw area is way too small. There is no place for the patient to put anything personal. There is this larger area to the left of the blood draw chair that is decorated all "Pretty" which would be an excellent and larger space to actually do the blood draws.
