Tanner was very courteous, professional, and efficient in determining the cause of our problem. As recommended and guided by Tanner, this included phone communication with the ChargePoint company, the manufacturer of our charger. On the phone, Tanner skillfully followed all the troubleshooting steps instructed by the company's technical representative. This would have been a very confusing, tedious procedure if we had to do it ourselves! This troubleshooting process clearly resolved that the charger had malfunctioned and would need to be replaced by ChargePoint. I was then told that they would need to bring another guy and it would be a little more but they could get it on the schedule faster. I agreed and they wired it up when my wife and I were not at home. When I got home to inspect thier work they hacked out the job as fast and as cheap as they could. They didnt even relabel my breaker panel! A few days later they contacted my wife to say they wanted to be paid cash and that the bill was $1462! Almost triple! When I asked for an itemized receipt and why my bill was so high I was told that they dont have the time to break down my bill for me. On my invoice it says they had a journeyman electrician here for 7 hours but my security cameras saw him pull up at 9:17 and leave at 2:11! I felt like I was taken advantage of. I hope this is an eye opener for other people. Get anyone beside these guys to do work for you.

I didn't feel confident working up on a ladder 18ft up. I can do all the other stuff, but breaking my neck was not part of the plan. Working at heights was no problem for Vince at all. It was like he was raised by ladders as as a child, brought his own ladder, way better than mine, and knew exactly what he was doing with every aspect of the work, wasted no time, and didn't miss a beat. Installed the indoor unit, braised the connections, got everything tied together in record time, and he made it look easy at a fair price. Really happy with the work. I was referred to Harlan Jearls by Landmark, a home warranty company. We had a hot water heater…read morethat was not behaving well. Harlan did right by Landmark by first attempting a repair of our (very, very) old water heater (45 years old!). But upon closer inspection, he realized that there was a small leak in the tank in addition to whatever electrical problems he had found. He reported this to Landmark and while it took a few days for their process to churn, they approved the installation of a new water heater. In the meantime he was able to get our old heater to limp along producing moderately warm water. Harlan picked up the new heater and with an assistant replaced our old one which was mounted in an upstairs bathroom. They were very considerate of our home, being careful about not hitting anything and cleaning up when they were finished. He's friendly, even a bit folksy, and kept us informed each step of the way- good communicator.

Other providers, site unseen, said the problem was X and here is the cost... all of which would likely involve rewiring. Source was willing to come out, review the issue, and take time to educate me on the problem and solutions. Yes, the ultimate solution we decided upon was not cheap (especially as I could have done it myself for much less), but I felt the time, expertise, and education were well worth the extra cost.
