The guys were pretty knowledgeable at this location about getting some appliances for a dryer that…read morehad went out on me a few weeks ago. It's strange because there's actually the front entrance where you can buy appliances and then you have to walk down the side walk a bit if you need parts for repair etc. I had to bring my child and it's a pretty boring place so if you feel that you have to be in there for more than 2 to 5 minutes just keep them in the car or at home with the family member. Their prices are okay but a bit higher than online as expected, however they do have just about every part and tell you exactly what you need to do and how you need to do it. It's really good to see a company go above and beyond what they have to do especially with this straightforward as a job as parts and appliances go. ***Word to the wise they only I repeat ONLY repair and work on Whirlpool products! Anything outside of that you'll be on your own and can only get the part for.

I took the fuse back home tried it but it wasn't the fuse. We went back and he was willing to give us more advice on what to try before we purchased another dryer. This man could have just sold us the dryer and not try to help us at all but he didn't. We decided that our dryer was so old that we wanted to purchase one anyway. He made sure we got the right plug on the dyer and ran it to verify it worked, not that he needed to because we trusted him anyway. I would highly recommend this place.

They also recycle your old microwave. We are very pleased with our purchase.

I had an excellent experience this time last year when I needed a new washer/dryer set. The…read moresalesperson pointed me to online resources to help me settle on the product choice. Installation went smoothly, and since then every time I have had a question which needed to be addressed with the manufacturer, our salesperson was wonderful as first point of contact. I did not have to call an 800 number, enter prompts, or wait on hold for any of this. I came back to the same salesperson when my mother needed to replace a microwave. Once again, the process couldn't have been easier, from finding what fit into her cabinet space, through obtaining the best price (lower than big box stores), to installation the very next day. Will be back.

This visit was the opposite of last time, I am relieved to say. We were greeted and offered help as soon as we walked in, and they offered no pressure when we preferred to browse without assistance. Twice while we were there different sales staff checked in, but again they were solicitous but not overbearing. The showroom is stunning and spacious and offers customers the best selection of higher-end appliances and fixtures in this area, although you can find similar quality lighting at other local showrooms and galleries. The prices are steep, so don't go in expecting any great bargains. This visit made me hopeful that management has addressed the customer service issues that marred what was otherwise a key design destination for builders and renovators.
