The daily delivery emails were great with as busy as I've been with work. I called back several times from both my work and personal phone to confirm the delivery window set for me and never got anyone on the phone. I got a call less than a hour before expected delivery and was able to pick up because I was at an appointment I had to move up to be able to make the delivery window work for me (which was established the evening before) and the person calling to schedule was curt and snarky, asking for the phone number on my file. I told him the work phone number he was calling was for scheduling because it was during work hours and the other number was personal. He acted annoyed that I didn't know which one was on my file when I provided both at the time of purchase and this is my first purchase from y'all. He told me my drivers would be at least half an hour early awouod only wait 15 minutes. He seemed annoyed with that as well, although I told him I'd be home by 10 for the delivery. I was home around 9:40, with plenty of time. The drivers were kind, professional, and efficient and said they had a lot of deliveries which is why they were early. They didn't seem annoyed, and were wrapped up with my install by 10:05, so should technically still been ahead of schedule.
