This company is very unaccountable and lacks business ethics. I had the same issue trying to get in…read moretouch for scheduling/receiving info from them as every other review listed. I assume they're still in business simply because they partner with a warranty company where people have no other choice but to use their business. Ill try to make this quick. The tenant noticed the heater wasn't working, so on 10/23 I placed a service request. They scheduled for 10/28, but did not perform any work that day. The tenant said they told them they would call me for info so we could reschedule, but I never received a call. I called/lvm several times for the next few days and no response. I then called the warranty company for help. They were finally able to give me the information on 11/2 8-12pm: there were too many plants surrounding the unit and they requested it be cleaned up prior to rescheduling. (I was unaware if this, so a very understandable request). I quickly addressed the issue and the area was cleaned up next day 11/3. I called/lvm several times again throughout that week, but once again crickets. I called the warranty company for assistance. They recommended I keep calling them to check in, so I did just that. On 11/11 I finally received a text requesting to schedule an appt for 11/19 8-12pm. I scheduled with the tenant who confirmed they would be home all day (sick child at home, unfortunately). I received a text later stating no one answered the door. Tenants said no one came to the door. Door cam does not show activity, nor does it show anyone rang the doorbell. I asked if they had the right house and they assured yes. Why did he not ring the doorbell? IDK but whatever happened somehow no one was alerted until after they left. I was admittedly unhappy because at this point were getting close to a month, the tenant had a sick child so understandably you want to prioritize heat in the house, but with such lack of direct contact with the company for follow up it felt like everyone was playing games. I asked about rescheduling but they didnt have anything for 2 weeks, which is insane considering my diligence for the past month to get this handled. They offered 12/2. I said yes but they bever responded to confirm a time or an official appt to be scheduled. They had the tenant info so It was assumed they were working with them directly (they told me they would). Seems that was not the case. Today I received a text from them that due to too many no shows they were dropping me because someone else could ahve taken that spot.... I spoke with the tenant and confirmed they never spoke with the company. They saw someone arrive but not get out of the car. And then when they attempted to go outside to speak with them they drove off. Again, no door cam activity, so Idk whats going on. At this point they had both our numbers and were aware of the doorbell. I asked several times who they confirmed the timeframe of the appt with (because it was clear in our text convo it was not given to me- I was left hanging with no response), and they continued to ignore the question and recommend I call the warranty company to assign a new company. IDK what happened each time they arrived but the lack of accountability is unreal. And with only 11 reviews on Yelp and every single one sharing a similar (1 star status) issue its very obvious they lack business ethics and workmanship. I understand its a busy time of year but work with your customers not against them. And have someone to at least answer or call back when they lvm. All you have to do is communicate.

American Home Warranty assigned me to them when my AC broke. They never called, never answered…read moretheir phones, and ignored my voicemails. Two full days went by in 97° heat with my elderly dad in the house. On day three, even my warranty company couldn't get them to pick up the phone. I had to argue for nearly an hour before finally being reassigned. Don't waste days like I did--you have the right to demand another company immediately. Just look at their reviews: 1-star after 1-star for the same reasons--ignoring customers and taking weeks to get even the most basic parts. They shouldn't even be in business. Learn from our experiences with United Heating and Air and call your warranty company the second you are assigned to them and demand to be assigned to someone else. You have the right and then maybe UH&A will stop treating people this way.

This is the WORST company (person) to assist in ANY of your needs. This man is the RUDEST jerk. He…read morecame out talking big and knowing all, he said HE would be back to do the repairs (and informed me to tell the insurance company HIS details so it would be covered), and then sent out a 21 y/o to do the job. This should've been a minor quick repair. It was an outside leaking faucet. He shut off the water and proceeded to remove pipes and a water tank to fix the problem. This child had to run to Home Depot 3 times in one day to get the proper tools/parts to do the job, and he claimed it was due to him not being told of the job correctly. Then when he left for the "night", yes it was dark by the time he left and the job still wasn't complete, he never came back. I texted the "owner" and he said he couldn't talk to me because he was taking his dog to the vet and HUNG UP on me. I provided time, then called back again because I didn't hear back. He said I'd have to call his wife to schedule. I tried several times with no answer. I then called him back 3 times and he answered and hung up each time. I called the child he sent out and he said he'd be back that he had to talk to the owner. I finally got ahold of the guy and he said for me to just name any time for them to come out. So I did and he said, no that won't work. Then suggested another day and I said fine. He said just remind me so it's in my books. I reminded him the day before. He called and said they couldn't make it and they rescheduled. Again I sent him a reminder the day before. The kid finally showed up again. Said he completed the job and left. HOWEVER... about a couple weeks later, the water system in the home went out COMPLETELY. We had to call a well service to come out to evaluate the situation. Come to find out, due to CLIMATE CRAFT and them sending a CHILD out (with minimal experience) to do this job, he removed the water tank that was needed to pump the water from the well to the house and it destroyed/burned up the well motor. $7,000.00 dollars later and a new water tank, it was working again. HOWEVER, AGAIN, months later now, the same faucet is leaking AGAIN and the shut off valve that the kid put in, doesn't work. So I can't shut the water off to fix the faucet. SO... I called Climate Craft and told them the issue. He said it isn't their fault and it'll cost me to get it fixed. I reminded him of the previous situation and said the unit hasn't been touched since it was installed by them. I then reminded him of our previous conversations and he said "Well if you're going to be like this..." and he hung up on me. LMAO! I was like, ARE YOU KIDDING ME? This man has a very bad habit of hanging up on customers. I tried calling him back and he sent me straight to voicemail. He is EXTREMELY UNprofessional. He DOES NOT know what he's doing and sends people out that ALSO do not know what they're doing. The licensed and contracted WELL company said that they should have NEVER removed that water pump because they caused the other whole fiasco and if they had ANY knowledge in knowing plumbing at all, they would have know better than to do that. I called back "Home Serve" which was the additional home insurance company we got them through, and they said they are no longer in their system to recommend. NO WONDER and Thank GOODNESS for that! I'd hate someone else to deal with them too!! They are HORRIBLE. (There's more little details I left out, but this is bad enough)
