I had a bad battery and a bad post on my car, in less than 20 minutes. Kenny, was able to help me with a new battery and a new post for my car. Only at O'Reilly's auto parts were they go above and beyond customer service on my car.

Terrible customer service , but hey if the 2 full grown men sitting behind the counter ever need help in replacing their windshield wiper blades I hope a nice patron will assist you as well.

04/14/2025 went today with a dead battery in my car. Was informed they no longer replace the…read morebattery but I could take one with me in my car that I had to jump start to get there. Was offered a jump to restart my car. Their whole business model is taking out your old battery, charging a core fee and selling you a new one, after which your old battery goes to be recycled instead of being thrown out by your shed in the back yard. I finally begged some tools to do it myself which was difficult since I'm blind in one eye (which I pointed out and still no assistance was offered) and their shop has no light. This was humiliating and a disappointing experience since I have been coming here for nearly a decade. 5 stars is only so my experience won't be buried in the bad review pile. I would gladly pay an install fee to support a local business but will be going elsewhere in the future.
