Massage Lovers! If you're looking with someone with experience and knows how to cater to your every…read moreneed, Bobbi is your girl! I came in for the seaweed clay wrap treatment and relaxation massage with reflexology. There are tons more options to choose from! You get to pick your scented oil-- I went with lemongrass, it was super invigorating and rejuvenating. The massage table itself was heated, the heavy towels were a nice touch and kept me warm. Now onto the treatement...Wonder what the inside of a warm burrito feels like? Well I have never wondered that but I was able to experience that during my body wrap. Amazing! Bobbi dry brushes your entire body, applies the seaweed clay, wraps and tucks you in tightly with a blanket. At this point, you have the option for a scalp treatment or reflexology on your feet. She works and massages all the points on your feet while you relax like a swaddled baby. Next, the clay is wiped off with just-the-right temperature hot towels. This felt awesome, I could almost feel all the toxins coming off of me. I can't guarantee the validity of the toxins coming out of me but it sure felt like it was. The last part of the treatment was the relaxation massage. Bobbi really pays attention to each part of your body and knows exactly what needed to be worked on without me telling her. I left out of there feeling like a new woman, I feel like I can even breathe better! My skin is super soft and moisturized and I smell like walking lemongrass. I highly recommend her services; they are customizable to your every need. Prenatal, deep tissue, relaxation-- she has got you covered. I definitely plan on coming back, especially if I feel the need for a rejuvenated mind and body!

The salon itself is beautifully decorated and has a very elegant atmosphere. Unfortunately, my experience with the owner was not as pleasant. When I was trying to speak with Nancy, I found the owner to be rude, which left a negative impression. That being said, Nancy's outstanding service and professionalism are the reason I continue to return. She is truly the best, and she is the main reason I recommend this place.

The pictures should speak for themselves but: Will not go…read moreback for acrylics or anything other than a basic mani/pedi. Scheduled an appointment for a full set. Asked for gel builder once we chatted about what I wanted, but she couldn't get the nails on straight. Blamed it on my nails being crooked and annoyingly shoved my hands in the dissolver and said I'd prefer acrylics. The acrylics wouldn't then stick because of the gel. So she kept using the grinder and grinded my nails down so much I had to ask her to stop because it was hurting. I asked for a mini almond and the shape isn't bad but the way she filed the sides dug into my nail bed on a few nails. She then was going to leave all the acrylic under my nails and I asked her if it washes off and she ended up spending a good amount of time trying to drill it all out from under my nails but that then took the paint off the tips and now they look all uneven. They are flat and raised and bulky and so uneven. At the end she said she knew I wasn't happy and said sorry she was busy during my service because she had to handle the customers and took the price from 75 to 60 "very cheap". Overall super disappointed and probably just won't go back at all. Super disappointed because it's such a cute shop and the atmosphere is cute and she seemed super nice. Just distracted and obviously didn't care about the quality.
