After showing an example picture of what I wanted, she took inspiration from it but adjusted tone/color/length so it would work with my skin tone and face shape best! I walked out looking amazing! Only thing problematic could be the lack of mask by another stylist. This was not an issue for me as Rosie had a mask on whole time with the windows open & there was only that other stylist and client in the building. :) Overall, great experience!

I've been hesitant to write this review, but I feel like sharing my experience may help someone…read moreelse be careful about who they trust with their hair. I usually have my hair done by Rosie, and she has always done a great job. Last December, Rosie wasn't available to do my hair, so I was referred to Sarah instead. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience. I went in for a spiral perm, something I've been getting since I was 13 years old, so I'm very familiar with how my hair normally responds to a perm. After this appointment, my hair was severely overprocessed and damaged. I was also uncomfortable when Sarah made a comment insinuating that I was trying to copy someone else's hairstyle. I have never experienced this kind of damage from having my hair permed before. Months later, I'm still working on getting my hair healthy again, and it has not fully recovered. I'm sharing this because I think it's important to be careful about who you trust with your hair, especially when chemical processing is involved. I can only speak about my own experience, but unfortunately, mine was very disappointing.

Night before my appointment, my nails are off. Next day 2 hours before my appointment, Christine is texting cancelling my appointment due to the salons "electrical issues." She was friendly & I spoke with her in what service I wanted. Unfortunately there was another client in the salon so she scheduled me in the next day wherein we discussed more details about what I wanted for my hair which was cut & color. Her service is fast & efficient though it felt I was being moved along quickly in expectation of a next client which indeed appeared, to my surprise, about 30 minutes after my arrival. She disinfected the chairs and surfaces I came in contact with throughout the process. There was no more than 2 clients (me included) in the salon when I was there & only the salon owner was working that time. I'm satisfied with the service given & would be going back.
