I wrote her a text on May 9, 2025, stating that I had just looked in the mirror and was shocked after paying $282.76, which included taxes of $22.76. I was told that I didn't have to pay a tip, and I believe that's why the $22.76 was added. On May 10, 2025, I received a text from Janet telling me that the tint probably faded: "As it only lasts 7 days on the skin." Janet had not told me that before I had the procedure, and now I have brown or orange eyebrows. Since my eyebrows were also waxed, they are very thin, with gray stubble growing straight out. I am very upset, since my eyebrows will not grow back in some places. The right eyebrow is shorter in the front, and the left is shorter in the back. Janet offered me a complimentary tint on my eyebrows and lashes, as well as a future appointment. I texted her on May 28, 2025, that I wouldn't let her near my lashes or eyebrows if she paid me.
