The sushi is not spectacular but good and freshly made. The fish was of good quality and whilst the choices were limited it was still pretty good. They have limited vegetarian options and there is no a la carte menu here, just buffet. For under €13 you can have a lunch buffet which is good value for money for sushi. The dessert choice was also not bad and included fresh fruit and some Asian desserts. If I lived in Trier I would definitely come back here. Not a bad place for lunch or dinner. Staff are very friendly and there is plenty of good choices here, despite not having a menu.

It took over an hour from order to food on the table and they still forgot an order. We were finishing up when our friend's food arrived. I felt the staff are poorly trained. There was too many steps between the placing an order and the delivery of the order. However I found (our party agreed) that the food was outstanding. Unless they can streamline the service aspect of this establishment they are not long for this world. Which would be a pity, because the food is out of this world.
