Got in the door a 18:00hrs and they didn't get to us for 20mins just to take our drink orders, then an additional 20mins to get our drinks. We were the only ones there during this time. It took over an hour from order to food on the table and they still forgot an order. We were finishing up when our friend's food arrived. I felt the staff are poorly trained. There was too many steps between the placing an order and the delivery of the order. However I found (our party agreed) that the food was outstanding. Unless they can streamline the service aspect of this establishment they are not long for this world. Which would be a pity, because the food is out of this world. read more
