What do you do when you chip your front tooth two weeks after arriving in England? You ask around and then go to see Dr. Martin at Orchid Dental. What do you do when a week later you suddenly find yourself with a toothache? You see Dr. Martin.
Thank god for Dr. Martin because without him I would have been in some serious pain. Ok, chipped tooth maybe not so much pain as it may have been painful to look at. But I had a bad tooth ache and it was time for a root canal. Was able to get in to see the Doc quickly and get the pain somewhat situated. Only problem was, the pain/issue had spread and caused an infection of the gum area. Pain for a few more days since I left town and didn't get any antibiotics before I left. (my fault). However, got in later to get the full root canal done and had taken my full course of antibiotics by that point. Today, 5 days later I'm pretty much pain free. Thank goodness because I worried about losing the tooth because it has a crown on it. Dr. Martin is a private dentist but in my opinion - the way he puts you at ease and handles the whole dental procedure is awesome. I don't particularly like dentists - something from my childhood, but I would definitely recommend coming to Orchid Dental without any hesitation. read more
