My wife and in-laws have been coming here for years and I can see why. The place is bright and welcoming, there is no waiting room aroma and the magazines are all up to date! I see a hygienist about three times a year. I have seen three different girls here and and they have all been A1. My dentist is also very good: quick and confident, though I may look for a change next time around, to see if I can find someone closer in personality to my old dentist: a wild and exciting South African who was obsessed with bite - never had such good laughs in a dentists chair!

A nice big surgery that feels open plan and airy. In my expereince, it has always been easy enough to get an apointment at a time that is convenient for you and they have a sensible aproach to you needing to reschedule which can be refreshing! Nice and easy to get the kids registrered as well. The one and ony downside is how dificult it is to get a buggy up there! There are a ton of steps that have to be negotiated in order to enter! Worth it in the end though!!

This means that it is extremely difficult for elderly and people with children to access. I had to carry a pushchair in one hand and a baby in the other. Not good - in fact quite dangerous. Furthermore, they have very out dated processes (everything has to be in writing - they do not have the internet or emails and you cannot talk about cases over the phone) which makes it very difficult to communicate with them. I have found the staff to be quite rude, stubborn, and seems like they do not care about the wellbeing of the individual - only trying to force you into private healthcare. Would not recommend.

Waiting area is slightly limited for children but wait times are minimal so this is rarely an issue anyway. Treatment is to a good standard and children are well catered for, as a parent i felt valued rather than demeaned as I have with previous dental surgeries.
