The practice itself is very nice, with a waiting room and helpful staff. I have never needed an emergency appointment, so I can't comment on whether or not its easy to get one. The quality of the dentistry is also high. The only negative comment I would make is that the dentists lack a friendly bedside manner.

My wife and in-laws have been coming here for years and I can see why. The place is bright and welcoming, there is no waiting room aroma and the magazines are all up to date! I see a hygienist about three times a year. I have seen three different girls here and and they have all been A1. My dentist is also very good: quick and confident, though I may look for a change next time around, to see if I can find someone closer in personality to my old dentist: a wild and exciting South African who was obsessed with bite - never had such good laughs in a dentists chair!

When I had to cancel my appointment because I had a bad flu and was unable to make it to the surgery I wasn't told that it was being considered as "failure to attend" because it was cancelled less than 24h before the appointment. Neither was I told that if it happened again I would be taken off the patients list. Unfortunately and regrettably it happened again and it was a genuine failure to attend. When I realised what had happened and phoned the surgery I was coldly delivered the news by Veronica the receptionist who didn't even let me explain the situation. I was never treated like than before and feel very hurt and offended!

I should clarify, it's not like the dentist had suddenly changed her plans, it was "just" a misunderstanding between her and the receptionists... Anyway, as this had happened to us before (yes, at the same practice and with the same dentist), I asked if, like the previous time, we could see another dentist instead - it's not easy to get my daughter to see a dentist, and taking time off at work, so I was hoping we could still make it work. I was told this was possible, and that as soon as the patient currently in with the other dentist had finished, we would be seen. We waited another half hour, during which I overheard one of the two receptionists rescheduling three or four appointments of our original dentist to the following day, only to be told afterwards by her colleague (there all along) that in fact said dentist was travelling back to the UK on that day - who knows what time she would make it to the practice! Half way through I asked for an update, as my daughter was becoming restless (and fair enough!), and I was once again confirmed by both receptionists that we would be seen shortly. Back to the sofas, one of the two receptionists eventually came to inform us she needed to reschedule our appointment because the other dentist was too busy to see us. "What has changed?" I asked, and was told at that point that in actual facts nobody had checked with said dentist if she could fit us in! As I talked to the other receptionist, who just 30 minutes before had told me we would be seen, she confirmed she simply "thought" the dentist could accommodate us, but did not check with her... I believe it was bad enough already that they didn't know that one of their dentists was out of the country, but adding to that what I felt was a total disrespect for my time and my daughter's needs, really got me upset. I will not be going back there, and would urge families to avoid this practice if you, like me, are working parents with young children!

The female dentist, Dr Ramjohn, is very pleasant, however reports on Dr Mozneb are not as positive (just try google). The reception staff are friendly and helpful, but getting someone to answer the phone is sometimes a struggle. The practice itself is clean inside and the waiting area has toys for kids and magazines for adults.

It's upstairs and the door is tucked between Barclays bank and the Post Office.
