The dentists is very clean and up to date looking with laminate floor in the waiting room, there are plenty of magazines to read whilst you are waiting. At this dentists they treat privately and nhs patients. A year ago i had to have 4 teeth extracted at these dentists and to cut a very long story short i am no longer afraid of the dentists after having this done, infact i could have anything done and wouldnt even batter an eyelid any more. The dentists put your mind at rest and if you still think you can feel something or some pain they will stop and give you some more injections. The staff are very friendly and they call you before your appointment to make sure you are still avaliable to attend.

They said that if I wanted to see the Hygienist it would cost £45 for a scale and polish on top of the NHS charge. When I asked why I had to pay privately she said because the hygienist was private. It seems unfair that in order to have a proper job done at an NHS practice you have to pay privately.

Dr. Nabeel was dismissive and unprofessional, openly admitting he's never had dental treatment. He kept commenting on my Invisalign journey when I wasn't asking for his opinion. I went in for an emergency check-up for pain unrelated to Invisalign, but he insisted on offering unsolicited comments. When I asked about the brand of whitening products they use, he couldn't even give a straight answer and made a mockery when I asked if it was Phillips Zoom. He seemed more focused on proving himself rather than addressing my concerns. His people skills and customer service were severely lacking. I called to give basic feedback about this, and I received an unreasonable message from the so-called director of The Dental Hub, who manages both the Milton Keynes and Northampton branches. He told me that a manager would call me and that they welcomed feedback, but instead, he ended up texting me and referred to me as "a pain in the arse"--this message came from the company number. (See attachment) The director seems more focused on walking his dog and sipping coffee than actually managing the practice and handling complaints professionally. He clearly didn't bother to check who he was messaging before hitting send. Just because you're a private company doesn't mean customer service should be ignored. This practice seems like it doesn't care about patient care. I'll be interested to see what the GDC has to say about this. Update: The director reached out via his personal number, offering a brief and unconvincing apology. (See attachment of how they handle misconduct and complaints.) This sums up how this place handles issues.

They was very flexible with appointments time as I had to cancel a few appointments and did everything they could to fit me in to speed up the process. The people at reception are very nice and friendly, the waiting room is kind of homely compared to most waiting rooms, they have plenty of magazines to read with lots of factual posters placed everywhere which keeps you entertained (waiting can sometimes take 30mins, depending on time and day), they also have vending machines and play the radio, so it doesnt seem all clinical. They have very friendly nurses there and sexual health advisors, the nurses are obviously trained to give injections/implants ect the nurses have improved since 3 years ago as they were trained how to make injections ect less painfull which definately shows, i used to dread the 3month stabbing in the bum with an injection. They give free advice, condoms, pregnancy tests (done by them). They give free contraception from injections to implants up untill the age of 25.

The staff are lovely and friendly and it is very central to the town. They have always been helpful if I had ever had a problem with my eyes. I went for a test a few months ago when I got told I needed glasses - I had a quick look around and the prices amazed me for anthing other than a pair of nasty NHS ones I was looking at paying above £150. At that point I decided to take my prescription and leave. I would recommend this opticians if you only want sight checks with them, I wouldn't recommend them for getting glasses from.
