The surgery has just been refurbished, and now has a much larger waiting room (the fish tank has been upgraded also and is now most impressive!). Dr Nagi is very friendly and a superb dentist- my whole family have been patients of his for many years and have all received very good treatment. He will always give advice on ways to improve or maintain your dental health, and is a very friendly and approachable dentist. He does his best to put patients at ease, and makes the whole experience of visiting a dentist a lot less scary! I would definitely recommend this dental surgery.

Whilst the actual service was polite, Mr Colton worked alone and could sometimes be a bit pressed for time dealing with several patients at once. This often meant having to wait in the reception room, mid treatment whilst other patients were being seen to. The premises itself could do with better decor, as it virtually looks like someone running a surgery in a not very well decorated house. The staff are friendly and polite and do the best with what they have. As a paying user, I'd prefer to use the services of a dental practice elsewhere.

Both dentists are very understanding and make you feel comfortable (I am a nervous patient!) The practice is in Bath Street in a very old building probably listed, the only drawback is all the consulting rooms are upstairs, it is a very rickety winding staircase not easy for elderly people and of couse there is no lift. There is no parking here the nearest car park is the multi storey in the Charter. Prices are comparable to other dentists.

I had booked an appointment for myself and my three year old daughter, and waited for almost half…read morehour to then be told that the dentist we were supposed to see was actually still in Greece on holidays. I should clarify, it's not like the dentist had suddenly changed her plans, it was "just" a misunderstanding between her and the receptionists... Anyway, as this had happened to us before (yes, at the same practice and with the same dentist), I asked if, like the previous time, we could see another dentist instead - it's not easy to get my daughter to see a dentist, and taking time off at work, so I was hoping we could still make it work. I was told this was possible, and that as soon as the patient currently in with the other dentist had finished, we would be seen. We waited another half hour, during which I overheard one of the two receptionists rescheduling three or four appointments of our original dentist to the following day, only to be told afterwards by her colleague (there all along) that in fact said dentist was travelling back to the UK on that day - who knows what time she would make it to the practice! Half way through I asked for an update, as my daughter was becoming restless (and fair enough!), and I was once again confirmed by both receptionists that we would be seen shortly. Back to the sofas, one of the two receptionists eventually came to inform us she needed to reschedule our appointment because the other dentist was too busy to see us. "What has changed?" I asked, and was told at that point that in actual facts nobody had checked with said dentist if she could fit us in! As I talked to the other receptionist, who just 30 minutes before had told me we would be seen, she confirmed she simply "thought" the dentist could accommodate us, but did not check with her... I believe it was bad enough already that they didn't know that one of their dentists was out of the country, but adding to that what I felt was a total disrespect for my time and my daughter's needs, really got me upset. I will not be going back there, and would urge families to avoid this practice if you, like me, are working parents with young children!

The female dentist, Dr Ramjohn, is very pleasant, however reports on Dr Mozneb are not as positive (just try google). The reception staff are friendly and helpful, but getting someone to answer the phone is sometimes a struggle. The practice itself is clean inside and the waiting area has toys for kids and magazines for adults.
