A figure appeared from within this cubicle and approached the front of the shop where I was standing. Dressed in a suit with tightly cropped hair and striking eyes this was my introduction to Shaf Khan, the man behind Shifa Herbs. Martin changed his mind about treating my son and decided the he did not want to come back as the journey was too far (even though he knew this when i booked the appointment). Home visits should thus not be promised if they can't be honoured. Very, very disappointed.
