Worst dentist visit in my life. Clunky appointment process over phone. Unhygienic appointment…read morewhere dentist didn't have his face mask pulled up over his mouth during the exam.To make matter worse, he kept coughing into his hands then proceeded to stick those same hands into my mouth. The dental hygienist was clearly inexperienced and couldn't keep up with procedure or exam. The dentist kept having to stop to wait for her to capture the notes, and spent time instructing her which instruments were best to use. Also, I was disappointed with the rudimentary nature of the exam. The "cleaning" consisted of the dentist spending 1 minute wiping some polish on my front teeth and rubbing it away without even getting to back teeth. Then, they proceeded to charge me £60 for that "cleaning," which I reused to pay. Finally, this was the most painful routine procedure I've ever had in my life. I had to stop the dentist twice because I was so uncomfortable with his use of the dental tools, which he was digging painfully into my teeth. I normally don't mind going to the dentist, but a visit here would definitely give anyone dental phobia. Go elsewhere.

Very disappointing experience with this dental surgery. I signed up to a minimum one-year care plan…read morein which they increased the monthly cost mid-way through. I decided to cancel this plan after a year because it was too costly and I was dissatisfied with the service. When I visited the surgery to do so, they requested hand-written notice of cancellation and provided no form of proof that they had cancelled my plan. Eight months later they are still trying to take a payment via direct debit every month. Basic administration and organisation is extremely poor and I would not recommend this dentist.
